Dollywood Festival of Nations features a world of entertainment
that is sure to delight all ages! This year Festival of Nations is proud to announce their
exciting new lineup. See The Paper World Show by Mimirichi, which features
hilarious clowns from Ukraine
that literally tear up the stage. Returning for another year is, Los Pampas
Gauchos, an action-filled, fast-paced family act from Argentina. This
show features Argentina's
traditional folk dancing as well as drums, boleadoras, knives, capes, and
whips. Spirit of the Dance takes you on a journey to Ireland as performers showcase
their Irish foot-stomping skills. Zebra Stelzentheater of Germany is a stilt
dancing extravaganza that is sure to make everyone smile. Familiar favorite,
Atahualpa features the music of the Andes and the Zambian Vocal Group shares a
cappella songs from Africa. Don't forget the great food at Dollywood Festival of
Nations. You can sample cuisine from all over the world while learning about
the different countries.
One of the largest of it's kind, this annual concert event
features performances by a huge roster of artists- from quartets to soloists. Thousands of
southern gospel music fans and enthusiasts will gather for six days of the
finest in southern gospel music, fellowship and family fun!
The 8th annual SGM FanFair will be held April 30 - May 5,
2012 at the Smoky
Mountain Convention
Center .

Like most parades, this one is filled with marching bands, entertainers,
floats, baton twirlers, horses and other colorful entries. What makes
this parade different? Its namesake and our grand marshal, Miss Dolly
Parton!
As Miss Dolly sits atop her float leading the parade
through town, more than 50,000 visitors will line the Parkway to
experience this annual event.
Dolly's Homecoming Parade begins
near traffic light #6 and continues north on the Parkway to traffic
light #3. The parade traditionally begins at 6 p.m., but come early,
grab your lawn chairs and blankets and stake your claim for the best
view.
The Shriners will be in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee on Saturday, May 12, 2012, for
their annual Shrine FunFest Parade. This Parade starts at 9:00 a.m. on the Pigeon Forge Parkway.
These BIG kids have just as much fun acting silly as the small kids like
watching them. The Shriners help so many children all over the United States
with medical attention that they may need. Bring the kids out Saturday morning
and have a great time with the Shriners.
That's right! They are holding the F-100 Supernationals in Pigeon Forge,
Tennessee in the city Municipal parking lot once again. This city has
been found to be the choice of spectators, vendors and participants with
it's variety of hotels, restaurants and entertainment. We look forward
to seeing you in Pigeon Forge for the 2012 F-100 Supernationals and All
Ford Show.
This will be an evening filled with stories and songs, getting back to
the roots of their music. These three great artists will be performing
on stage together, acoustic versions of more than 40 Top Ten Hits. A
few of Aaron's hits include "There Ain't Nothin' Wrong with the Radio",
"You've Got to Stand for Something", "Kiss This", and "Where the Stars
and Stripes and the Eagle Fly". Joe's hits include "Home", "If the
Devil Danced (In Empty Pockets)", "Third Rock from the Sun", and "Pickup
Man". Sammy has quite a list of hits as well, including "Cadillac
Style", "She Don't Know She's Beautiful", "National Working Woman's
Holiday", and "Third Rate Romance".
Bring your barbeque eating hands and your bluegrass tapping feet to the Dollywood
Barbeque and Bluegrass Festival! With the price of park admission you
get 300 free concerts by some of the greatest bluegrass acts in the
country and great food to go along with it. Performers include Grammy
award-winner Ricky Skaggs, Kentucky Thunder, Riders in the Sky, Rhonda
Vincent and much more! When your ready for some southern dishes head
over to the Barbeque Headquarters at Market Square. There you can try
some Tennessee pulled pork, delicious ribs, and succulent chicken. If
you want to try something new, the Backstage Restaurant will have a hot
new menu for the Dollywood Barbeque and Bluegrass Festival that includes
all new barbeque dishes! If you still need to spice things up stop by
the Sauce Tastin' Station to try some eyebrow raising barbeque sauce.
Make sure to leave room for dessert which includes a 3-pound slice from a
25-pound apple pie!

This is another show that will be packed with hits. Three great artists
in one big show! Ronnie McDowell is sure to include favorites like
"Older Women", "Watchin' Girls Go By", "The King Is Gone" and "In a New
York Minute". T. Graham Brown has had tons of hits including "I Tell It
Like It Used To Be", "Hell and High Water", "Darlene", and "Wine Into
Water". Jimmy Fortune toured with Country Music Hall of Fame members The
Statler Brothers for 21 years. He wrote the group's second Number One
hit, "Elizabeth", and followed that with two more Number One hits, - "My
Only Love" and "Too Much On My Heart". Fortune also wrote the Top 10
hit "Forever" and co-wrote the Top 10 hit "More Than A Name On a Wall".
The largest kids' festival in the South, Dollywood's KidsFest welcomes the Gazillion Bubble Show in 2013, filling the stage with astounding bubble artistry.
At the Imagination Playhouse, the Penguin Players bring to life three
classic children's storybooks, including the inspiring Little Engine
That Could. All three shows feature original sing-along songs written by
Dolly. The forecast is calling for fun at the Imagination Cinema where
the Cloudy with a Chance of Meat Balls 4D Experience fills the big

The 22nd Annual Patriot Festival at Patriot Park in the heart of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Festivities get started at 1:00 p.m. on July 4. The
Patriot Festival is FREE and open to the public. Patriot Park is
located on Old Mill Street at traffic light number 7 behind the historic
Old Mill. Take advantage of the city parking lot on Teaster Lane with a
trolley shuttle going to Patriot Park.Listeners should bring a
lawn chair (no umbrellas, please) and prepare to enjoy an outstanding
lineup of live musical entertainment.
At 1:00 in the afternoon, the Kids
Carnival begins. Kids will love the free Kids' Karnival zone with
inflatables and games. Veterans will appreciate "Veterans Salute."
Visitors always enjoy a rich variety of locally prepared foods available
by non-profit vending organizations.
The City of Pigeon Forge proudly
presents the evening fireworks show as a thank you to our guests and
citizens for supporting Pigeon Forge! After the performances, the Pigeon
Forge night sky will come to life with a fantastic fireworks display!
The fireworks usually start at 9:30 to 9:45 p.m., so keep your eyes on
the skies, you won't want to miss this display!
Country Music Hall of Fame member Mel Tillis has been performing for
over 50 years. He has written well over 1,000 songs, and approximately
600 have been recorded by major artists. Mel has recorded more than 60
albums. He has had 36 Top Ten singles, with 9 of them going to Number
One - "Good Woman Blues", "Coca Cola Cowboy", and "Southern Rain" to
mention a few. In addition to his music career, Mel has appeared on many
television shows and in numerous feature films including "Every Which
Way But Loose" with Clint Eastwood; "W.W. & The Dixie Dancekings",
"Cannonball Run I and II" and "Smokey and the Bandit II" with Burt
Reynolds; and the lead role with Roy Clark in "Uphill All the Way".
Whether the times have favored honky tonk songs or lushly produced "pop"
offerings, George Jones has continued to make his brand of country
music, which has produced hits in every decade of the second half of the
20th century. In fact, Jones has had more charted singles than any
other artist in any format in the history of popular music. Some of his
classics are "White Lightning", "She Thinks I Still Care", "The Grand
Tour", and "He Stopped Loving Her Today". Many consider this member of
the Country Music Hall of Fame to be the greatest country singer ever.
George Jones is truly a living legend.

of summer night magic, and to celebrate they extended their hours to

Mickey Gilley has achieved a remarkable 39 Top Ten country hits, with 17

Fall at Dollywood
means the Smoky Mountains' incredible fall foliage and soul-stirring
Southern gospel music at the National Southern Gospel & Harvest
Celebration presented by Humana. Enjoy the park's beautiful autumn decor
as you browse artistry created by the country's finest crafters. Plus,
Dollywood's restaurants honor the harvest season with a selection of
special dishes showcasing the season's finest ingredients.
Multi-platinum recording artist, songwriter and two-time Grammy winner
Ray Stevens just celebrated 50 years in the music business. With over 25
million albums and over 4 million videos sold throughout his
illustrious career, Ray is still entertaining audiences. Some of his
comedy classics include "The Streak", "Shriner's Convention", "The
Mississippi Squirrel Revival", and "It's Me Again Margaret". Two other

This year's Winterfest kickoff will occur on November 8th. It will be
bigger and better than ever with the addition of the Salute to Veterans
Parade, in honor of the men and women who have served our nation through
their military service.
The parade begins at 4:30 p.m. at the
south end of town and will proceed north on the Parkway to Patriot Park,
where you'll see a display of vintage and current-day military
vehicles. Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs Commissioner,
Many-Bears Grinder, will be a special guest for the occasion and deliver
a keynote address.
Come
out and enjoy live entertainment from the Pigeon Forge Community Chorus
and a special performance by James Rogers. Witness the ceremonial
lighting of the Pigeon Forge Winterfest displays and more than five
million lights.
This seasonal event continues through February 26th with events including the Trolley Tour of Lights, Wilderness Wildlife Week and Saddle Up.
