Only problem we had was the hot tub wouldn't heat up

My only complaint is the grill. The description said there was a charcoal grill. We bought charcoal and they offer a propane grill that was dirty.

The location of the cabin is convenient. The cabin itself was really nice and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that there is not a good view from the balcony.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our experience very much. We will be returning, not only to this company but the same cabin again one day. The only NEG was the video game didn't work. The player one joystick is messed up, so therefore the game can't be played. DEF a nice place to stay!

Everything was good, except the cabin was dirty in some spots.

We had a great time. The few issues we had upon check in were promptly taken care of by the maintenance staff. Prompt replies to emails. Loved the hot tub, especially!

Location was fantastic. The only small problem was ants you might want to spray for ants my daughters iseen upstairs bedroom and bathroom and the bathroom downstairs. I don't know that it was fantastic. We had a fantastic weekend.

Overall, for the time spent in the cabin, which wasn't much, it was the perfect stay for the family. A few complaints I do have, is that there were 3 nights where we were all woken up by activity outside. Trash came two days to pick up, at around 5am and another day there was lawn care happening before 8am. Everytime, the kids were woken up. There was also an ant problem inside on the kitchen floor.

We will probably come back to the same cabin though.

The first cabin we arrived at Restin Easy had issues with the hot tub and TV which was unfortunate but they immediately moved us to a cabin that was all in working order! Not ideal to have to move but it was definitely an upgrade and was appreciated!

Tv didn't work in any rooms battery's was died in remote and hot water took forever to get hot.

This cabin is super close to the main road. There is currently construction going on right in front of the cabin. It didn't really bother us with the sound since we were up early but does have a bit of an eye sore when looking out over the deck. Some furniture is pretty dated but does it's job! Did let the property manager know the main floor toilet could be replaced and a new seat. I'd also recommend folks bring all essentials like salt, pepper, coffee... was the first cabin we've stayed in that had no start up's besides one roll of paper towels and a few dish detergent tabs. For the price I think this place was perfect. If on budget and wanting a nice cabin stay this is perfect!

This was a great cabin for me and my family (all seven of us!). It was very spacious and had everything we needed. There was a hiccup in the beginning, but the staff were right in it. I highly recommend.

The refrigerator and freezer need to be replaced or fixed did not work properly and we lost our frozen items. The hot tub was not working properly either and was not the cleanest. The area was great and overall a good time

We love the area and Cabins USA as we have used them a number of times under multiple friends and family from high end to low end. We had a great time and this cabin was perfect for this trip. I did want to mention a few things that need attention, not as a criticism but to help from a renters point of view.
The inside stairs are very slippery. I fell once and caught myself but my son slid down the entire lower section. Socks and that wood do not get along. Also the steps outside appeared to have slip tape at one point but it is now torn and missing which needs replaced. Satellite with 600 channels was available but there was actually only about 2 watchable channels. There were no coffee filters which seems like it should be provided as we brought our own coffee. (we left what we bought for the next stay) There are never enough garbage bags, toilet paper or paper towels left to use. Luckily we had a dumpster across the parking lot for excess trash. Photos on the site are obviously years old so torn up chairs stand out more upon arrival. We had come 850mi in a Tesla, so mentioning that a Supercharger is less than a mile away would be a huge benefit.
Again just trying to help as we will definitely be back again...

Cabin was spacious and clean! The recliner in the den area is very uncomfortable and will not
raise back up while sitting in the chair. The upstairs pool table is not level and could be better by having two pool cues. We really enjoyed our visit!!! We would definitely come back again! Charles Hall

All together, it was a good stay. Big upstairs for the kids, plenty of room. I only have a few complaints but nothing major.

I was told there would be a pool. There was but it was green and obviously out of service.

The grill was out of propane (propane was on upon arrival) which was unfortunate because we looked forward to having a little family cookout.

The upstairs toilet is broken. Would not flush. The chain seems to be broken on the inside of the toilet.

Could possibly use more channels on the television as there isn't many options to choose from. (Missed my nightly reds games)

Jacuzzi tub did not work. Jets would not come on.

That is really the only issues and like I said, not a huge deal. Completely recommend 100% though!

This was a nice cabin but (the bad parts) could definitely use a little extra cleaning inside and definitely outside and summer updates. The theatre seats need reupholstered and bolted down better and the jets didn't work in the jacuzzi tub. The good.... Convinent location but far from secluded like we thought from the pictures, hot tub is wonderful, plenty of room for our group of 7 since there are 2 beds, 2 futons and a fold out couch, plenty of cooking utensils, a washer and dryer and we loved that both the porch and balcony's had a nice place to sit and drink coffee in the mornings.

It's a beautiful cabin but the pics are a little miss leading.the rooms are smaller then expected and the game room and theater room is in same room as the kitchen very small .u don't have a Mountain View it's really far away and neighbors are close even tho u are on end .would like more honest pics and what say is what getting not misleading.

The stay was wonderful. Our kids and nephew enjoyed the cabin. They want to stay in this cabin every spring break. Only negative thing I have to say is, there wasn't any dish towels and no pot to cook my rice in, other than that, we will be returning!

Cabin was awesome with great location and close to all the shopping stores. We really love the theater room, game room and the hot tub.

The cabin rental was a great value. Comfortable, cozy, and overall a great experience. One recommendation would be that someone checks on the tech (tv's, media centers, remotes etc) because half of them did not work well meaning that we could not use the tv and surround sound to watch movies as advertised.

The location was great, the stuff at the office was nice. The cabin was nice, it had everything you needed.

The Cabin had a great location, away from the others we were able to see the mountains from the front of the cabin. It was easily accessible in close proximity to all attractions. There was an issue with a loose toilet and mirror in the bedroom in the first floor and also the inside knob of the front door was loose. We reported it and they had those items fixed right away. I would definitely stay here again

Have never stayed at the same Cabin more than once, we come down at least twice a year. Will definitely stay at Simply Irresistible again. Loved the location, so close to everything, but seemed secluded. Could have used a few more pots and pans, we cooked Thanksgiving dinner, made it work, but a few more would have been nice. This cabin won't disappoint.

Great cabin. Great view. Great location. Clean and has everything you need. Computer didn't work though. They may need to fix that. Even has security cameras! Very roomy . Would definitely book this cabin again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Simply Irresistible Cabin. I was impressed at the cleanliness and sufficient towels and linens. There were no coffee filters so we had to go out and get them but overall the kitchen had lots of dishes and cookware. The cabin is in what I call a “Cabin Subdivision” but we were at end of cul-de-sac so we had a lot more privacy than all the other Cabins there. It was close to the parkway and that was nice. We really enjoyed the archade game and small “theater” but it was hard to use pool table. My family and I loved our stay.

Air conditioning out first night there but maintenance was very quick in fixing the problem.

Loved the cabin! Spacious and comfortable. The location was great! Easy check-in and out. We had a breaker that kept kicking off the hot tub, but the staff and the maintenance crew were very helpful and had it fixed in no time. I will stay in this cabin again and would recommend Cabins USA to anyone.

Our family has booked multiple cabins through Cabins USA, this was by far the best one yet! Very clean with all the amenities needed. The fully equipped kitchen was great! It even had a crockpot! The kids loved the theater, pool table and the hot tub best! The scenery was amazing and we even had a little cub come visit. Location is great. Very peaceful and quiet but, just minutes away from attractions. We was unable to locate the pool code (luckily there was people at the pool to let us in) but, that was the only flaw. All in all a wonderful experience and we will definitely be renting this cabin again!!!

Beautiful cabin to stay in . Easy check in an out . Staff was helpful . Only issues at cabin was the sink leaking an either the previous stayers or cleaners had placed a bowl under sink which has soured an made a horrible smell an then the computer not working . Other than that everything was perfect ! Rate 4*

Everything was fine until we got home on Sunday May 5th. At that time we realized that we had left a very important item at the cabin. We called Cabins USA to report the item we had left. They told us to call back on Monday and they would check into it. We called back on Monday and were told nothing was found at the cabin. They told us to double check our car and our luggage to make sure we didn't have it. We did that and called back to tell them. We were told sorry and that there was nothing else they could do.

Pleasantly surprised. Cabin was gorgeous. Very spacious, view was beautiful and loved the pool table. Minutes from all the activities.

i think the cleaning fee should be refunded only if the cabin is cleaned when the upon checkout also i think there should be a courtesy call to see if everything worked in the cabin

I only wish I had more time to actually enjoy this cabin. The view from the porch was nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and games. I was disappointed because the jacuzzi did not work and it was Christmas so I wasn't going to call to complain. It was dusty in some places and there were several lights that needed to be replaced, which wasn't a big deal. My only other complaint was that I thought it was more secluded but it was actually at the end of a cul-de-sac, but luckily at the very end. Overall it was nice and comfortable. If the jacuzzi gets fixed and they were to take care of the minor stuff I would stay there again.

Was treated very good with easy check in and check out services. Cabin was clean and comfortable. My privacy was not invaded at all. The only thing I found a problem with was the pool table was uneven to where you could not use it. Other than that every thing was great.

We have stayed at Simply Irresistible a few times now. Great location, clean. The decorating could use some updating in general and more so if it's holiday season time. The mattresses could also use updating and needs a new futon mattress as well. Or a shampooing. All in all a great cabin tho. Somewhat pricey for Thanksgiving weekend too.

We love this cabin! The location is great! The cabin had everything we wanted in it. It was family friendly! Very cozy! Only thing missing us a view of the mountains. Would definitely stay there again!

Always love your Cabins just a few minor issues but nothing big our stay was wonderful as always hope to be back soon and this cabin was simple irresistible just as the name 😊

Really enjoyed this property. Location was very convenient. Only have two small complaints. There was a leak under the kitchen sink, which would explain why the mat was there and could not get the computer to turn on. But other than those two minor issues, I loved every bit of this cabin. Y'all have gained a loyal customer. Thank you for the hospitality and I look forward to doing business with you again very soon.

Cabin was very clean. The staff was attentive to our families needs concerning allergies and took care of all these details. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Overall I would rate this cabin a "10". The only reasons all categories did not receive this score is there were areas (especially in bathrooms/kitchen) where the floor appeared not swept; truly was not a big deal, but we did find popcorn under the recliner and a remote and batteries under (within sight) the living room sofa. As far as amenities, this cabin is fully stocked with most anything you could need for your stay. The only recommendations I have is that there was only one dish/wash towel in the kitchen, so we had to keep reusing the same ones on our stay. I eventually used some of the bathroom towels to dry dishes. Also the pans in the kitchen were extremely scratched and since they are coated with non-stick teflon, we chose not to use them at all. Instead we drove to Lodge and purchased our own. Again, not a big deal, just something that might need to be addressed for future occupants. The pool table upstairs has a broken pocket, so if more than one ball was shot in, they would all drop to the floor. I only give the location a 9 because we usually prefer a more private location. This was a quick rental decision and for the small size we needed, it fit our needs for this particular weekend. It is very close to anything you might want to do in Pigeon Forge, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Even though it is very close to town, it was extremely quiet! This was a huge plus for us. Also, this cabin is located at the top of a hill, very last cabin on the street, so you are still pretty secluded, but able to get to anything easily. I would consider renting this cabin again. It is beautifully decorated, plenty of stuff for our teenagers to do upstairs with the pool table, game room, and theater seating. The fire place in the kitchen/living room area kept the whole downstairs at a comfortable temp (and we stayed on a cold weekend), beds are comfy, kitchen table was awesome size. I think the name is accurate......"Simply Irresistible".

The cabin itself was beautiful. It's at the end of a cul-de-sac so it feels more private. The amenities were nice. The PC was a nice touch. Good for directions and checking out menus. Only minor complaints. The TV in the theater room is a 65" curved Samsung. Very nice tv, although the picture quality wasn't great as it needs to be calibrated. NO DVD player in the theater room either. Also, several channels were blocked. Including locals and news channels. The cabin does have DVR service. This amenity was extra appreciated. It allowed us to record shows to watch when we were in the cabin. Hot tub was magnificent. The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom didn't work. It filled with plenty of hot water, but we couldn't get the jets to turn on.

* We rated it an 8 for cleanliness. A 10 would be absolutely spotless.

Enjoyed the cabin tremendously , the location was great. Will be looking forward to visiting again hopefully the same cabin.

We were not to impressed with the express check in. They wanted us to pay about 5 months in advance, so we told them we didn't want to do it that much in advance. We were given our cabin door code by email on Sunday the day before we were to arrive on Monday. When we arrived on Monday, we had no problem and our door code worked fine. We had some outside lights that was not working, so we called the office and they told us that we needed to come to the office to okay for them to charge our credit card. So we had to go to the office anyway. We had figured that since we were sent our door code everything was taken care of. May as well check at the office like we have done for all the many years we have stayed in the same cabin (Simply Irresistible). We like that cabin very well and the location.

We had a wonderful time during our second stay at the cabin. We loved the upgrades. The kids really enjoyed playing the video games and pool, and watching their favorite shows on the large screen TV and sitting in the theater-style seats. Also, the cabin’s location was very convenient for shopping and outdoor activities nearby in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back soon!

This was our 5th time staying in the cabin since 2014. I don't think we will ever stay anywhere else as long as we can get this cabin during the time we want. Really like dealing with Cabins USA. The cabin has become like a home away from home. Very clean and well kept. We have had a few maintenance issue over the 5 times we've stayed here (hot water heater pilot light was out, lock wouldn't work when we returned to the cabin one day, etc.), but the response was great to get the issues fixed. The cabin has been updated to add a theater room since we stayed the first time and we really like it. We saw a bear once just outside the cabin. In addition to the cabin itself, you absolutely cannot beat the location. The only thing we were sad to see this time is the trees/lot on the front side of the cabin were being cleared, I assume preparing for something else to be built there. We are afraid that it will take away from the secluded feeling of the cabin and have more lights and noise in future visits. However, we will give it a try because the love the cabin and location very much.

Cabin was really nice- would have liked to been more in the mountains I guess you could say but overall the location and access to the cabin was great. The towels were the only complain, they were full of lint so every time we took a shower we would be covered in white lint it was almost like they were waterproof or something. Overall everything was nice and we have a great time!

This was our first trip to Tennessee and we couldn't have picked a better cabin. It had everything we needed and that was promised in the pictures and description! We will definitely keep it in mind next time we come back, and we WILL come back!

We have stayed in several different cabins and this one is my favorite so far. It is a beautiful cabin, very comfortable and the location is perfect. We loved the theater room upstairs and the big rockers on both porches. The ONLY complaint I have is that on the last night there we found a lot of big black ants in the house. I will still highly recommend this cabin and Cabins USA, we will definitely be staying again.

Every year we pick a new cabin to stay at during our Spring Break trip. This was first time using CabinsUSA. Everything about the trip was perfect, from reservations to cabin to check out. This was the closest we have stayed to the parkway, but since the cabin was at the very end of the road, not a problem. This was a wonderful family vacation, just went by way too fast.

We absolutely loved this cabin! Being a long time customer with Cabins USA, they never disappoint. Check in and out was a breeze, and the cabin itself was beautiful. We treat Sevierville like our second home and we can't wait to come back already!

Our vacation was awesome. Simply Irresistible was in a great location and had all of the things we needed for our vacation. It may be time for a new mattress upstairs. Also, some of the kitchen pans need replacing. These were the only two things I noticed, however we still had a wonderful stay. The cabins USA staff was great to work with and we have already made reservations for our next vacation.

This cabin has the right name. It was SIMPLY IRRESISTIBLE!! I loved everything about it. It was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The location was great. It had all the amenities we wanted. I have stayed in 3 other cabins but this was the best one of all. I think this is the only one I want to stay in from now on. I will be back. Keep up the good work!!

This is our 4th stay at Simply Irresistible in less then 2 years. We love the cabin and it's location. We will be back summer of 2018. Hoping to book it again. Only complaint this time was we needed access to the computer and could not get it to work. Maintenance came and said he would have to send someone else, but no one else ever came. My daughter - in - law had to go to the library. For the ones that don't like being alone, at the top of the mountain, Simply Irresistible is the perfect cabin!

Had the time of my life there with the woman of my dream looking forward to coming back and renting the very same cabin..

We all enjoyed this cabin. It was the third time we rented it.

The property is awesome as far as location. The location could not be better. The cabin could use some deep cleaning and a few more items in the kitchen. Hot pads, tea strainer, hand chopper and there were no kitchen towel or cloths. We had to use bath linens. The beds were great have stayed in places the mattresses were horrible. All the mattresses were wonderful. We are all looking forward to our next trip and hopefully be able to stay in Pin Oak again.

Our stay was wonderful ! The upgrade was so nice ! You couldn't ask for a better place to stay ! Have everything you need right there and close to everything at the same time ! Can't wait to come back ! This is the only place I will stay now .

Cabin was spacious, clean and had plenty to do inside with the pool table, arcade games and theatre space. Wi-Fi was excellent and showers had plenty of hot water for everyone. Jaccuzi was clean and warmed up quickly. Bed space slept 9 of us easy without being uncomfortable. Highly recommend this cabin and the staff. Thanks for a great stay!

Already recommend your rental services to two other people. The cabin was great we had a older and a younger couple and it was great for both the upstairs was great for the younger ones and the down stairs was great for the older peeps.

Beautiful cabin. Clean and great location. The family enjoyed the big screen upstairs and the game room area. Hot tub was perfect. Only issues were ants around the big tub in master bedroom and the kitchen needs potholders and maybe cake pans. All in all the cabin was great.

Reservation was booked wrong but staff took care of us in a timely manner!! We loved this cabin everything you need is there!! Beautifully decorated spacious and close to everything you want to do!! Kids loved the game room and theatre room!! It was immaculate clean!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Cabin could use more cookware, dinnerware, and coffee mugs. If the cabin sleeps 8, there should be enough dinnerware to feed 8.

Our cabin exceeded all expectations. We plan to return annually for certain. The only improvement would be the pool, it was not as pristine as I would have liked, no one maintenanced it while we were there, and better cookware. Overall experience was wonderful.

We stayed last year in one of the smaller cabins down Pin Oak Parkway and were very pleased. Simply Irresistible was the best cabin yet. The entertainment room with the theater seats and T.V. System was awesome. We plan on booking again next year with USA Cabins. Thank you for an awesome experience. We also did the online express check in which was very convenient.

Great place to stay. Every was perfect.

"Simply Irresistible" was a delight for my wife and I. For some reason I expected the cabin to be larger, but that is not a big deal as it was the perfect size for my wife and I. Everything was clean and neat and most items in the cabin worked flawlessly. The only two Items i would talk about is the downstairs toilet had some minor issues, but it was not something we could not handle. I realize that these cabin are independently owned and you are the rental company, but I was very disappointed the the cabin did not have Wi-Fi service even though the agent we booked with told me it did and I specifically asked him about it. But those were minor issues, the view was pretty good except for the trees in the way, it was difficult, not impossible to get a good view of the mountains. The only other thing I would say is the a portion of the agents I spoke with in the several times I called were a bit terse and almost sounded annoyed that we bothered them, but most were very helpful and friendly, but as I said a small portion of them needs a reminder about customer service. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay at the cabin, we did not stay the full 6 nights due to the rain and I was feeling under the weather. Thank you very much for your service and the very nice stay that we had, I would definitely refer your company to others.

We had a wonderful time and the place was terrific. My family definitely enjoyed it.

The only things I found that need worked on .. There were no trash bags in the cabin. And we only had two rolls of toilet paper for 5 people and 5 day . We asked the house cleaners across the road for both but they spoke no English. So we had to go buy some. And the comforters were, to be nice, filthy. We had to remove them and find other blankets to place on beds.

We were disappointed in the housekeeping and the fact the hot tub was not functional during our entire stay. Maintenance arrived three days after initial call about hot tub with no resolve or a follow up call to inform us of the issue. We were really looking forward to utilizing the hot tub. There were a few other maintenance issues i.e. Leaking refrigerator, housekeeping, missing amenities, hot tub issues reported by previous guests that are unresolved.
Even with the issues and concerns with this cabin we would stay in the same cabin and rent with Cabins USA again. The positives outweigh the negative with this cabin! My wish is to have the issues/concerns resolved for the next renters so their stay is even better than ours.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin had lots of room, never felt cramped. My kids loved the pool table. It was at the end so even though other cabins were nearby, it did not feel like it. I only had one complaint. I wish the swing was on the second floor balcony so I could watch the sunsets better not right in front of the hot tub.

We loved the cabin! Very neat and clean. Our family stayed there very comfortably and had everything we needed (pots, pans, plates, etc.) for our stay. My only complaint was that there was no wifi in the cabin (something that I overlooked in my booking) and when we checked in, we were not made aware of the reservation office in Pigeon Forge right down the street from our cabin. We went to the reservation office in Gatlinburg. We were told when we checked in that the other office was new and the site hadn't been updated yet to reflect the address.

Overall, a great stay at a beautiful cabin for a really good value. We will stay again!

Simply iristable was a great house. It was located very close to everything you can imagine. Utensils and pots and pans could use an upgrade. The biggest issue is we first booked a different home. It had snowed before we arrived and the original house was not safe enough to get to. The fact that they would rent homes where if it snowed or iced you would not make it out even with four wheel drive is beyond me. This home though was perfect though and was pretty comfortable.

We had a great time in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was all we expected. The pool table was shaky and did not get to use it much and hot tub wasn't what we expected. Stayed out in the area most of the time so didn't kill the vacation. Everything else was very much to our liking. Will stay again sometimes but different cabin.

Our stay was great. Check in was easy and check out easier. The cabin was very close to town but still had a feeling of not being to close to other cabins. (Even though you are) We received a call on our first full day to make sure we were satisfied or needed anything, I thought this was a nice touch. Overall everything was great and will most likely stay in this cabin again and also use USA Cabins.

The TV' s did not work all the time in the bedrooms and the game room. The couch in the main living room was not comfortable at all. There was a new trash dumpster near the cabin and while we sat on the decks we could smell the trash. We have stayed at this cabin 3 plus times and we really like this location so it is sad that our 5 day stay was less then perfect.

Simply Irresistible was a wonderful cabin, my kids loved it, good view, very practical (close to the main street in Pigeon Forge. The bathroom had a slight odor coming from the plumbing the second day in. They will be looking into that.
