Comments for the service/cabin:
1. Check-in was delayed 1.5 hours past the committed time.
2. Both coffee makers need to be replaced, the Kureg does not work and the craft for the ground coffee maker was apparently the incorrect size because it was difficult to insert and remove.
3. The back yard was un-slightly due to all the trash and debris that was thrown out.
4. The wi-fi service was absolutely terrible and the system/service needs to be checked.
5. The can manual opener need to be replaced, evaluate utensils.
6. Suggest leaving a broom and dust pan, especially for family with kids.
7. Master bathroom on the main level, shower faucet leaking.
8. TV remote was extremely difficult to use and made it hard to change channels and adjust volume.

The cabin has had some recent updates since the last time we booked this cabin (February of 2021). For the most part, we didn't have any issues in the cabin, but we were surprised to not find any hand soap in the bathrooms (bring your own). There were also some minor issues including one of the sinks leaked a lot of water, and the hot tub would not get up to temperature (it stayed about 90 degrees). I hope that CabinsUSA will fix these issues so that we can book it again next year. I do like the close proximity to the "main drag" in Pigeon Forge, only 5 minutes or so from the Island. It is also relatively close to the other cabin which we typically book at the same time.

This cabin was so nice! It was the perfect location and size/ amount of rooms for our growing family❤️
I do feel like it needs a really good cleaning with grease splatter on the ceiling in the kitchen and dust caked on the decor throughout the house. The mattresses need replacing on the king beds, they are a little lopsided, feeling like you're gonna fall out the bed. The hot tub needs some work, the jets weren't functioning properly. Lastly, the cabin was listed to have an air hockey table and there was none.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and it had everything we needed. The decorations were great. The Grinch decor was loved by all???? The stuff mentioned are easy fixes☺️

Overall the cabin was nice, clean and well kept, We would consider stating there again however, the cabin isis beginning to show it's age and could use an update on things such as lighting and decor/comforters, furniture etc. to make it feel fresh and new. The TVs in the bedrooms are small and old, and the DVD players just exaggerated how outdated things felt. Maneuvering the cable TV in the bedrooms was frustrating to say the least as the universal remote only gave you control of some of the TV functions and adjustment. The cable in the den was much better but none of the TVs were smart so we couldn't access any streaming content. So, we had to rely on laptops and tablets only to find out the Internet service was worse. Even YouTube would buffer when playing! The Internet password information was not in the check-in packet, and the house only had 10 total towels even though it sleeps 20 people. Although CAbins USA brought towels the first night, the washcloths weren't delivered until the following morning. It was an inconvenience that could have been avoided if housekeeping did a better job preparing the house

A Perfect Stay was the perfect cabin for my family! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The location is great as well, close to everything! Everything was clean and worked as it should!

We stayed at "A Perfect Stay" for our Trip to Tennessee during the summer of 2023. Location was great although the picture online must have been taken 5-10 years ago as the exterior of the house has aged, and the trees have grown up around the building. Parking was adequate for the three cars we had on site. The interior had a wonderful log cabin feel and was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy each other's company on the main level. Additionally, the lower-level pool table and packman game provided hours of fun for the group. The hot tub was very clean, THANK YOU, and enjoyed by all during our stay. The 5 bedrooms all had their own large bathrooms, which was fantastic for our group of 14 people. Air conditioning worked flawlessly throughout our stay, even on the hottest of days.

We did have a few issues, which need to be addressed:
There are a few electrical issues in the house which need immediate attention.
The front right stove burner was working erratically and needs replacement.
The upstairs bedroom lights had intermittent electrical shorts, which would flicker the lights. The fan in one of the upstairs bathrooms was very squeaky and loud. Similar problems were noticed on the lower-level bedrooms and bathrooms, including poor water pressure, probably due to a clogged shower head from water sediment buildup.
The main master bedroom and bath was in fantastic shape, with no issues.
We had plenty of bathroom towels and wash cloths for each bathroom.
The bedroom bedsheets and blankets and comforters were clean and comfortable.

Toilet paper was limited and a few more rolls could have been provided. We ended up purchasing our own.
We had plenty of cooking utensils, from spatulas to spoons, whips, etc. Plenty of knives, and spoons, but only 3 forks. Sharing was not an option.
There were plenty of drinking glasses, coffee cups, bowls and plates for our group for each meal.

There wasn't any dish detergent for handwashing or the dishwasher. No paper towels, dish cloths, or kitchen hand towels.
No coffee or K-cups were provided for the first night stay. No coffee filters either, however both K-cup and standard brewers were available for use.
Once we purchased the needed supplies, the dishwasher worked adequately, and we had plenty of coffee in the mornings.

No spices were provided at all including no salt or pepper.
We ended up making a quick trip to the grocery store to buy coffee filters, paper towels, plastic forks, kitchen wash cloth and towels sponges, and other necessities.

I would suggest that someone pick up trash around the outside of the house, and especially on the ground in back of the deck. It looked like some of the beer and soda cans had been there a long while. One of the metal tables on the deck was in poor shape and very wobbly, this could use to be replaced or repaired.

The interior kitchen table was fantastic! It was large enough to seat everyone at the same table for meals! Thank you!

Check in and out was very easy and convenient.
Overall, we fully enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge at " A Perfect Stay" and look forward to returning again in the future.

This is our second time staying in "A Perfect Stay" with our church youth group, it was exactly what we needed both times. There were some new rugs and curtains this time which were a nice update. The cabin itself and Cabins USA are wonderful. The kitchen and linens are fully stocked with plenty of everything to have a comfortable stay. There is a traditional coffee pot and a Keuriq which is great. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I'd suggest get more attention is the loose trash outside behind the cabin that is dropped off the balcony by other guests and ask the cleaning crew to look for trash on the balconies when they clean. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again.

Hot tub didn't work for first 2 days there. Ceiling fan in bedroom was broke , fridge door wouldn't stay shut had to put something in front of it . Light over stove didn't work

Cabin was amazing

The cabin was a perfect location for our group. It had enough room and was equipped with everything you needed to cook with. The only negative I saw was the light above the dining room table definitely needed dusting, the bunk beds were hard, an when you put the code in to open the door it kept getting stuck an you had to try several times to get it to open. Just minor things. I would recommend this cabin an would definitely stay here again.

great for 10 individuals (7 adults and 3 children). we all sat for dinner and breakfast at the same table. Plenty of room and the 2 fireplaces were nice.

Only 1 complaint the living room fireplace wasn't operational, everything else was great

This cabin was perfect in every way. It was very clean and perfect for a large family trip! The kitchen was the best stocked with cooking supplies that I have ever seen, even a crock pot! The rooms were large, and the beds were comfy. The home is also situated just a few minutes from the Island in Pigeon Forge, but far enough up in the mountains that it is quiet. I would recommend this cabin to anyone.

There was an issue with the house we originally booked and we ended up in this cabin for the week. It was great. The AC wasn't working on the main floor and the basement, it was 80 in the house, we called and someone showed up within 30 minutes to fix it! Everyone one we spoke with was very nice and we were very surprised how quickly the ac was fixed. We enjoyed our stay here and would book it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at A Perfect Stay. The cabin was perfect for our family. We loved the location. A country setting but yet close to the attractions.
We recommend you put new blinds up in some of the rooms. And the lighting was poor in some rooms. The light going upstairs was not working. The exhaust vans in some of the bathrooms didn't work.
Overall it was a great place to stay! Would highly recommend it for your family getaway!!

The cabin for the most part was wonderful. There were five couples and we had plenty of room. We had issues with the T.V. remotes and light bulbs but maintenance came and resolved the issues. It could have been a little cleaner and all the blinds need to be replaced. I would certainly recommend Cabins USA!!!

The staff was very nice. I know everyone is short of staff. But y'all did an awesome job, with what you had. The cleaning team needs to be updated and the yard person. Someone took all the TV Boxes down stair and we had to install the boxes to every TV. Beautiful cabin.

We have been staying at Cabin USA for the past 10 or 11 years we always have a great time. This visit was the first time we ever had a problem, the TV's were not working. I called and they came right on and fixed the problem and give me a free night on my next stay. We love staying at Cabin USA cabins they are always clean very and efficient. I have recommended Cabins USA to several of my friends and they loved there stay too. Cabins USA keep up the good work you be seeing us next year on our family vacation.

We had an awesome time. We had 9 adults with plenty of room. We had a ball. My only complaint was the bugs. Ive seen bugs in all the cabins but this is the most Ive seen in the kitchen. It didnt stop the show we just kept everything that was open in the fridge. The beds were comfortable. I loved the cleanliness of everything. I would definitely go back. I would just like the bugs out of the kitchen.

“ A Perfect Stay” is a great place to stay, the house was big enough for my large family and only few miles away to the strip where all the games, restaurants, and entertainment is. I look forward to staying here again.

We've been coming to this cabin for years, but took a break a few years back because of our growing family. This past year we returned because the number of family members attending our reunion went down. Upon our return, the cabin has aged quite a bit. The faucet was broken, the fire alarm battery died, the carpet and drapes were very dated, the beds felt so hard, the tall windows needed cleaning, and the refrigerator was dead when we arrived. Thankfully my dad knew how to trouble shoot it and noticed that the electricity must have tripped in the kitchen as the over the sink light was also out. Also, staying at a few other cabins the owners took an extra measure of care leaving toiletries, notes, books to sign for guests, and welcome packets. Previously Christmas decorations were up which my grandmother missed dearly this year. The tlc this cabin previously had seems to have dropped a little.
Personally I am okay renting this cabin again for next year, but other family members are a little hesitant.

This cabin is great. It was mostly clean and free of bugs. (The air return vents and tops of items like headboards and wall art need dusting.) The a/c worked great. We did notice some spotting on the den tv that is usually due to lightning, but it was not a problem. Both TV's a HUGE with good sound systems. There was room and more room. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood for the most part up in the foothills just outside of town. It is not a problem to drive to. It has enough parking for 3 vehicles I believe. With 3 decks and a front porch, it has plenty of outdoor space. The game room is great. We are intent on booking this place again for next summer if we return to the area. Not much more that I can say. It is the nicest place we have stayed in yet - and we have stayed in 2 really nice cabins the previous times. It would truly sleep 20. The beds are pretty comfy too. Give it a try! You will NOT be sorry! It is worth the money. (Btw .. there is a large dead tree on the right side of the house that needs removing so as not to damage the back corner of the house during a high wind event.)

Everything was great. The WiFi was not good at all but that would be the only problem we had. The cabin was clean and a great value for the money. It was centrally located. The staff called to make sure everything was fine and asked if we needed anything. I would not hesitate to use Cabins USA again.

We were told check in was 4 o'clock , but when we arrived the cabin was still being cleaned. We waited about 20 minutes which caused us to be late to our next activity.

The remotes did not have working batteries, the kitchen was missing a light and the microwave had no light as well.

The overall stay was very pleasant and I would stay again. I just hope this small details are not overlooked again.

What a wonderful place! Could not find one thing wrong with this place, it was clean, comfortable, very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. I would highly recommend "A Perfect Stay" to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

My only complaints was the WiFi didn’t work, you can hear every time someone moves in the upstairs rooms down below especially in the bedrooms and no one told us where the pool was. But I LOVED this cabin. We had plenty of room for 15 people, the location is perfect, I’m a big cooker and I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend the house and the company (CabinsUSA). Will definitely go through them again.

If your looking for a cabin with a big family with kids, this is the way to go!

This cabin has the best name( A PERFECT STAY) it totally describes the place it was more than I could imagine. My family and I are defiantly planning to stay book this cabin again. Everything about it was perfect the location, amenities, parking, it was just a perfect stay for us.

Great family weekend!

This is our first time renting a cabin. We spent 20 plus years renting a house on Pawley's Island during Spring Break. After a bad experience with the house we had always rented, we decided to change course. Booking was simple. Rules were clear. Online check-in was tedious but nice to skip doing it in person after a long drive.
We arrived to a low battery on the lock and had to call for help. After this experience my elderly parents were afraid to go anywhere on their own having developed a fear of the lock system. I completely understand the need for the codes and am fine with it. Just wanting to state that they are very long - 8 numbers- and this is uncomfortable for some, so keep that in mind.
The house itself is conveniently located. The neighborhood is generally quiet. We were kept awake the first night until after 1am by a rowdy, hooting and hollering, revving engines loudly and blaring music kind of party. You can imagine between this and the door lock we were wondering if we had made a BIG mistake. The rest of the week went without incident. We enjoyed using the pool table and hot tub. We (9 of us ranging from 9 to 82) enjoyed breakfasts and dinners we cooked in the kitchen. We found everything we needed and were very happy with the large number of dishes that allowed us to not have to run the dishwasher after every meal- as we did at Pawleys. We loved having the beds made and towels provided. Again, Pawleys we had to bring our own sheets and towels. It was nice to have soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets and dish liquid to last most of the week, so we didn't need to run out for supplies right away. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and the living areas were spacious and comfortable. Our only complaint is the dining table was bistro height so the taller chairs were hard for some to get in and out of, and difficult for most to maneuver close to the table. Something to consider if you have mobility problems or small children. We are coming back next year! We have rented a slightly larger house but only because we will need more room next year. This review is meant to be positive but honest. If the things I mentioned are not an issue for your group, you will LOVE this house.

We were upgraded to this cabin after our previous one was no longer under Cabins USA’s management. We loved it. We were a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids). There was plenty of space for everyone and the location is just minutes from Pigeon Forge. I would definitely recommend this cabin. The only thing I suggest bringing is toilet paper, trash bags, and condiments. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen really is fully stocked with a blender, two coffee makers, crock pot, plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and baking ware. If you sleep in the basement, you can hear every step above which made it difficult to sleep the first night. After that, we were so worn out from the day’s activities, it didn’t bother us. One room didn’t have a bathroom trash can, but not a big deal. We stayed for 5 nights and our trash just barely fit in the bins. I highly recommend using the dishes and dishwasher so save on trash vs paper products to save on housework. Overall, a great stay!

We have stayed with Cabins USA several times the cabins are great and location is excellent. There were a few small issues that they quickly came out and addressed. It was a great weekend and our group enjoyed it very much. Only suggestion I would have is to have extra towels and trash bags on hand. Instead of needing to call to get them. Other than that Cabins USA is a great company and great service. Will and would use them again.

I have used Cabins USA for 5 years to book youth group retreats and have always been pleased. This cabin was nice, clean and offered just enough room. It does, however, need some updates with the sofa bed mattress’s. I am certain I will book this cabin again!

It was very clean and decorated so pretty for Christmas.
The bottom floor is set up mostly for kids. It’s a game room with bunk beds in the bedrooms.

Our stay at the cabin was very comfortable and clean. The teens were excited about the games. The only thing that needed attention was the outside trash bin; it got full right away. We definitely book another stay at the cabins when we visit pigeon Forge again.

We had a weekend guys trip planned and this cabin was way more than accommodating! Clean, comfortable beds, close enough to town. (just in case you forget something)
The ONLY complaint I had was how late the check in was and how strict the policy is on check in times. I do, however, understand that house keeping only has from 11 am-4 pm to have the cabin cleaned and ready for the next guests coming in behind you. But our cabin didn't have any guests that had previously stay before our arrival. We arrived at 11 and checked in and drove up to find the cabin, but the digital pin code would not allow us in until 4 pm. This makes for a long wait if you have food on ice. I would recommend this cabin to anyone needing a large cabin for a large group, even with the late check in time.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit there at A Perfect Stay cabin. This was the best cabin ever. We hated to leave and we look forward to staying with you guys again very soon the cabin was Immaculate and the service was excellent. We had everything we needed. Thank you. Everything about the cabin was great but the trash area they have in front of the cabins to put all your trash is small and by the end of your stay not all the trash fit.

We had such a great vacation staying here this past week! Everyone had a great time and loads of comments were made that this had been the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in before! The house was decorated so beautiful for Christmas and everything was just so roomy! We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the near future!

the property is beautiful. It has everything you need. Definitely would stay again. Close to attractions, plenty of space for a large reunion. The kitchen is fully stocked, didn't want for nothing.

My only issue was that every time I tried to call the office they never answered the phone. I had to leave and message every time. Although I will say that they always called me back and were more than happy to answer any questions that I had. I would defiantly stay with them again.

We were very satisfied with the property, very clean and very nicely furnished. Kitchen was nicely furnished as well. From the moment I stepped in, I said , I could live here. All our family was greatly pleased with the cabin, we had a great experience. Location feels remote but is also close to the Parkway, the best of both worlds!

It was The Perfect Stay. Something for everyone. A place in the house for everyone to have alone time. So peaceful, so comfortable. Had everything we needed. Away from the main part of town. Neighbors were spread out so to seem we were by ourselves. Our older kids enjoyed the lower floor separated from the adults. The only unexpected issue were the upper bunks. Too high. May be a safety issue for younger children climbing. None of our party wanted to sleep on the upper bunks, and the youngest was age 11. The lower bunks were big enough to double up and the sleeper sofas were available so no real problems with sleeping. I would highly recommend The Perfect Stay to everyone and if we ever get to visit again I'll try to stay here again.

Everything was great, we did a ladies get away and they didn't won't to leave.

The only concerns I had...We were told the check-in would be at 4:00 p.m., however, the cleaning wasn't done until 5:00 p.m., not a BiG problem however don't say 4:00 check in if that's not the case. The first night we could not use the two big screen TVs, kept saying no signal, we called and were told they were going to put in a trouble ticket, we waited until 12:00 a.m. and no one showed up. On Saturday around 12:00 noon, still no one showed up, finally I saw a maintenance guy and told him, my concerns, within 30 minutes, he showed up and fixed the issues. Mind you this is Saturday and we were leaving by 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. The stove took forever to heat up, may want to have the burner checked out, they were very slow. All in all I would come back for vacation, "Perfect Stay" lives up to it's name.

A Perfect Stay was a Perfect Stay for my family get together! We loved this cabin. We had five couples with two grandkids, so the five bedrooms with full baths and bunk beds was PERFECT!!! We needed the maintenance department twice and they were very prompt and courteous and professional. We will definitely recommend using Cabin USA!!!
Maintenance use: Bear broke the lock off the trash bin and Refrigerator turned off, on a GFI outlet. Nothing major.

Absolutely loved this cabin. It worked perfect for our church youth group, the layout of the cabin was ideal. Everything was perfect. We will hope to stay at this cabin again in the future.

Our cabin for the most part was amazing. There were a few issues with doors not closing correctly and the sofa bed in the game room was filthy. When opened it looked like it hadn't been clean from the last guests so we weren't able to use it. I made a call about it but no one came out to clean it up. We also had an experience with a bear coming onto the porch and getting into the trash bin but when that call was made maintenance came out right away to get that taken care. I think Cabins USA needs to make some updates to the door knobs on bathroom and bedroom doors so they shut but aside from those few things we have no other complaints. We all enjoyed our stay.

Besides it being extremely loud during check in (I could barely hear your staff), we loved the cabin! Only difficulties were with the t.v. on the 2nd floor. The "enter" button would not work so we could not play movies.

We had 8 adults and 7 children 4 of which younger than 2 for a total of 15 people. This cabin was just like it's title suggests. A Perfect Stay. 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge's shopping district The Island and 15 minutes from Gatlinburg yet this cabin was secluded enough to make you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere and it was awesome.

My family of twenty stayed at a Perfect Stay. It was plenty of room for everyone comfortably. There were 7 kids ranging from age 1-16. They had a wonderful time. We are already looking to stay again for the holidays. The cabin was spacious, clean, decorated beautifully for the holidays, and well stocked with needed essentials.

The internet did not work it would show as connected but would not load a page

The carpets were very dirty. They appeared to not be cleaned in a long time.

The air did not work in this cabin. Called guest service and they sent a guy out to fix it. He told us that it was freezing up to turn it off for couple of hours, then turn it back on. So we were left without air for our stay. Re cabin was nice and location was great!

This cabin was wonderful, after having some troubles in another cabin we was upgraded to this cabin and our vacation stay was wonderful. I appreciate Cabins USA making this right and will recommend to my friends and family.

The only thing that I wish was handled differently, was the directions to find the pool. I called three different times and it took three days in order for us to locate the exact location of the pool. Each time I called; I received different directions to the pool area.

IT REALLY IS JUST PERFECT!!!

Our only complaint was that the cable reception was not very good. We were watching one of the basketball playoff games and the system went out for about an hour. My husband and the other guys were very disappointed.

For the first time ever during our Spring Break my whole family (mom, dad, sister, brother, nieces, and nephews) planned a trip to Gatlinburg together. We stayed at the cabin "A Perfect Stay" and this location was true to its name. We could not have asked for a better experience. The easy check-in and check-out system was extremely convenient. The cabin was situated with beautiful scenery, but at the same time was very close to everything on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The kitchen was large and open with a dining room table that would fit all of our families. The main floor bedroom was great for my parents that have difficulty going up and downstairs. The basement was a great place for a teenage hangout for the kids. With a large screen tv for movies, pool table, air hockey, arcade game and hot tub, the adults barely saw the kids:) All the bedrooms having their own bathroom was a huge bonus and the beds were extremely comfortable. We are already taking about doing another family vacation and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

We had multiple families on vacation together and the cabin was perfect for all 12 people in our group. It was also great for having young grandkids to grandparents. Plenty of room for everyone and things to entertain all in the cabin.

House was good overall. When we arrived, the alarm went off. We went to enter the code and there was no power to the alarm pad. It went off for about 10 minutes before the police arrived. We called for maintenance. A battery in alarm pad had burst.

We enjoyed the house overall. When the fireplace in the basement was turned on, the smell of gas was very bad on the 3rd floor. When the main floor fireplace was turned on, the smell of gas was very bad on the main floor. It was so bad that we didn't use the fireplace at all after we realized that strong gas smell was coming from it also.

This was "A Perfect Stay" for my family!!!! We loved it & hated to leave! We are looking forward to many more trips with lots of memories here. The cabin was absolutely beautiful!!!

Our family re-enacted Christmas and the home was the perfect accommodation for everyone. The house definitely had all of the amenities and kitchen equipment needed to provide for our large family. "A Perfect Stay" was definitely a "A Perfect Stay" for the McDonald Family. Thank you

A Perfect Stay was everything it promised to be and then some!! We had nine people on our party, four teenagers from 15-17 and never did they complain! The cabin was clean, everything worked great! Just a couple minutes from the strip, yet still far enough out the wild life is all around! We just left 2 days ago and already trying to plan our next stay here!!!!

We booked this cabin for 4 nights for our family reunion of 16 people. The cabin was beautiful and had all the amenities we were looking for. With the exception of one of the sleeper sofas, everything was clean. There were plenty of dishes and glasses, however we were always short of silverware and had to purchase plastic utensils to accommodate our family. The grandchildren loved the hot tub and pool table. Having the game room downstairs was wonderful and provided a place for the younger ones to go while the grown-ups stayed upstairs. The dining table easily accommodated 12 adults and we were able to squeeze in the little ones at the corners so we could all eat together.
Our only problem was the clothes dryer breaking down on the first day of our stay. I called maintenance several times and left several messages. When they returned my call, I was told that I was next on the schedule and they would be there soon. Two hours later a gentleman showed up and said he had to call Samsung and a repair man would be there first thing in the morning. When no one showed up by 11:00 a.m., I called and requested extra towels since we had no way of washing ours. Later that afternoon, 10 towel sets were dropped off. Since there were 16 of us, my daughter requested more towels, but we had to go to the office to pick them up. We had booked the cabin for 4 nights and the dryer was still broken when we left. No repair man ever showed up. The staff that I spoke with were very nice, however, having to take time away from our vacation to visit a laundromat due to the broken dryer was very inconvenient.
Overall, with the exception of the broken dryer, this was a wonderful cabin in a great location.

The two burners to left of stove did not work. When you would put a pan on them they would unplug, need a screw to hold them in place. Only one handle for the air hockey game. Everything else was great, we will be back.

Great cabin, fine furniture and good beds. My only suggestions are to fix the squeaking doors, ice maker, and add a second coffee pot for guests that have different taste in coffee such as regular and decaf.

Our family of 12 (1 didn't get to come so there were 11) absolutely fell in love with this cabin. There was so much room and the amenities were excellent. Our children had such a great time in the game room. The checking in/checking out process was a breeze and we were so at ease. The reason I gave a lower score to the location, the directions are not very clear. All three of our drivers had to "hunt" the property. I would like to recommend that you be more specific on the location. Also, in the third floor level right bath, the hot and cold water in the shower are reversed. It would have been nice to have a notice denoting this as the first night our daughter was unable to use the shower due to thinking no hot water. Once maintenance came out and left us a note, we were happy as larks. The family would all like to stay here again. We definitely would love to come back to this cabin in the near future.

Our family did enjoy our stay. The cabin was comfortable, and the family especially enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely recommend this company and this cabin. The only criticism was that there was trash around the cabin, and we picked up a trash bag full of it and placed it in the dumpster. Perhaps you could include a stronger note in your policies about not throwing trash over the deck railing. Other than that, it was "A Perfect Stay."

This trip was to celebrate our 50th anniversary.
Was great to have our family altogether, there were 18 of us. The cabin was perfect for us.

Even the rain everyday did not interfere with our day.
Our ages ran from 5yrs to 77 yrs. It was absolutely great.
Our only problem was garbage. We made a lot of garbage and we ran out of room to put it. We called and they did come to pick up but it would have been nice if garbage was picked up at least every other day.
We will definetly be returning to "A Perfect STay"

It was a perfect stay! It was a vacation full of memories that 14 of us will never forget. I would recommend this cabins to all my family and friends.

A Perfect Stay is named appropriately. This cabin made our getaway that much better! The staff was supportive and so nice. The cabin was clean and the layout was great for a large number of people. Highly recommend staying here through Cabins USA.

Everything was very nice except the pull out couch beds. The kids who typically can sleep anywhere even said they were bad. I'm not sure anything could be done about them.

Everything else was great. I sent an email about a couple minor issues with the cabin that were quickly addressed. This cabin was set up well for our large family. Bedrooms and beds were great and everyone loved the game room. The large dining area was a huge benefit.

We had a "staycation" at this cabin in February and it was absolutely wonderful! Thank you, Cabins USA, for making it such a great experience!

The cabin was beautiful and we had a great time. We love that everyone had their own bathroom and the hot tub was awesome.

The cabin was beautiful. It looks just like the pictures and was extremely clean upon arrival. We were extremely satisfied. The only request I will make is that you check on the heat in the basement. The fireplace put off a gas odor and it seemed as if the heat was not working well. I may have just been the extremely cold night but we just wanted to make you aware just in case there was a heating problem. Overall and wonderful stay and would recommend this cabin to anyone looking!

This cabin was perfect for our large family vacation. We enjoyed being able to stay together in one large cabin instead of several different hotel rooms. The king size beds were wonderful and we had never seen queen size bunk beds - the kids had a blast with these. Thanks so much, we will definately return.
