We loved the location and it was very close to the artisan community. The cabin was nice and the beds were comfortable. A window had been left open and we had a chipmunk inside the cabin! The kitchen did not have enough dishes, cutlery, etc. Overall, we would definitely recommend the cabin and would stay there again. We also like dealing with CabinsUSA.

I'm not sure if I would recommend cabins USA again. Our cabin was not really that clean. Dust all over the fans, food under the bed;, hair in the bathtub, stained and ripped pillow cases. Felt like I couldn't breathe in there from all the dust.
The Hot tub was great. Instant hot water for shower and included steaming services. It was close to downtown and was secluded from other cabins.

All was great except I reported to the staff every day that there were missing blinds in the small bedroom--preventing my little boy from being able to go to sleep easily. The receptionists I spoke with always state a work order was out in and someone would be out to repair, but no one ever called or showed up.

The company did a great job in accommodating us. We had a flying squirrel get in out cabin. After sending 3 guys out to get it they could not find it. But they saw it and knew it was there. Took us to another cabin to sleep. Next day they sent us to another cabin for the remainder days of our trip. Very helpful.

This was a nice, kind of secluded cabin. It can be hard to find in the dark, so make sure to get there before sunset. Follow the directions the office gives you. They are simple and accurate. The cabin has a small parking area. Two large vehicles (like Super Crew trucks) would probably fit, but it will take a little creativity. Everything was clean, except the sticky kitchen table.

Kitchen is stocked with basic pots/pans, silverware, dishes, and paper towels. There is a Food City and Family Dollar within 5 miles of the cabin for everything else. We didnt use the grill or hot tub, but they were available as promised. The upstairs game room was fun, and the arcade worked without any problems. Showers had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The downstairs king size bed was super comfortable. It is a bit narrow on the sides, but doable. The dresser is small for two people, but the closet was a good size and extra blankets were available. The furniture was mostly comfortable. There were a few minor maintenance problems which were reported, but didn't really affect functionality or comfort.

The staff was courteous, helpful, and available. Would definitely recommend this cabin and Cabins USA. They made everything easy and convenient from booking to checkout, and they clearly communicate all details and expectations. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Lovely little cabin tucked away at the end of the lane. Secluded, yet ten minutes to Gatlinburg, surrounded by the arts community including some delightful small restaurants/cafes/shops.

Loved cabin & location. Was disappointed that we couldn't use hot tub. It seemed dirty with debris floating . Scummy looking stuff. But we enjoyed our stay. Even saw a momma bear & 3 cubs on our property last evening there.
Also no spatula for flipping eggs or pancakes.we managed but will bring our own next time.

All was good except the game room. The dart board and air hockey table were unusable. No (usable) darts nor air hockey pucks were present. The window blinds were in need of replacement, too. Otherwise, the property was as advertised.

There was plenty of room for 3 of us. Location is good: close to town but far enough from the business. Unfortunately the hot tub didn't work. Would definitely recommend.

Overall great cabin, very cozy and comfortable. Had all amenities that were needed. Location wasn't exactly what we expected. Driveway not exactly the easiest to get turned around in ,especially in a truck.

The smoke alarm bleeped constantly.
The sheets left for the queen size hide-a-bed were for a twin size mattress
The fireplace didn't work

We had a great time and the location was very close to Gatlinburg. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the game room as well and we even saw a momma bear and her 2 cubs from our balcony. We would stay there again.

Great cabin check in and check out smooth process. The only negative is that cleaning needs to be worked on behind beds, and corners need to be vacuumed along with back deck where hot tub is located they should sweep back there. Other than that everything else was great.

Only thing to complain about was the fact that the paneling around hot tub was missing and broken along with ceiling fans were caked with dust in the downstairs bedroom. I would also suggest maybe suppling bigger cups to drink out of. Booking, checkout and directions went flawlessly. Us and another couple stayed and had an amazing time.

The cabin was in a great location, close to downtown, restaurants and shops. The cabin was nice and had everything you needed. It does needs some updating; the grill was broken off it's stand and unusable, the hot tub was leaking, but kept hot and the furniture in the living room needs desperate updating, Especially the chair! Loved the gas fireplace (the timer knob on the side turns it on) and having a full working kitchen was great. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Very clean and the location was perfect!! The parking wasn't great for 2 cars but the kids loved the game room. We never could get the gas fireplace lit. The WiFi worked great but the view wasn't what we expected from the sites photos. Over all we was satisfied and we would rent from this company again ????

The property was nice. It could use a bit of updating and love. The faucets are not the best and the upstairs bathroom shower faucet is very iffy. The hot tub did not have enough water in it when we arrived. Stone came over and fixed us up the next day. The hot tub needed water and chemicals but was great after that. The furnishings were comfortable but the glider chair was a bit smelly. There were towels and toilet paper but no dish soap in the kitchen. There were bugs but I guess it was expected in the woods setting. Overall the cabin was very comfortable. The internet said it needed no password but it does. We located it on the modem.

Few things that make my review not as great as it could have been. The cabin was only sort of clean. The dishes were not and we had to wash them before we used most of them.

The whirlpool needs work. I have one here at home and the one at the cabin has extremely low pressure from the jets. Disappointing. Extremely low!

Silverware.....garage sale or thrift store? Cabin sleeps 7 and there were 8 forks and they were very flimsy. All the silverware need replacing.

Game room was great.

Would we stay again? Probably not, but if so we would bring our own silverware.

The overall cleanliness was pretty good except for a few areas: the dishwasher (inside) was filthy, there was trash outside, some areas needed dusting. The downstairs bathroom sink was stopped up and had to be plunged Repairs need to be made to the outside of the hot tub (wood was broken and rotted)
We saw two bugs during our stay Not complaining but wanted to say something just so you're aware I understand it's summer time in Tennessee Thought you might to keep an eye on it

The cabin was clean and beds were comfortable. It was a nice place to spend our 5 days in Gatlinburg. The location was perfect for us, only about 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

First cabin rental experience - ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Although, the bathtub did not have a drain closure to utilize jetted tub.

Hot tub was not operational, had debris in it and jets would not work. One main reason we rented this cabin was so we could use the hot tub.. Other than that, cabin was nice.

NO BUGS! Lots of reviews had me so concerned about roaches that I contacted the office prior to our arrival. They stated that cabins have a monthly pest service and that I shouldn't worry. I still arrived with 2 cans of Raid and walked in the door ready to start shooting. There was no need because there were zero bugs in that cabin. Directions there were a little difficult but we made it there just fine. The WiFi DOES require a password so prepare yourself to call the office to get it. The glider rocking chair with ottoman had an absolutely terrible musty sour smell....it's past time to throw that thing in the dumpster. Legit, the chair would prevent me from booking this cabin in the future. The dryer vent was broken and would let stay in place. We enjoyed the air hockey table and arcade game. Overall, the cabin was great. Throw that chair away and I'll stay there many many more times.

Awesome contactless check in process. Excellent directions to a gem of a cabin on a dead-end windy little road. When we got there, water leaking from bedroom ceiling onto the master bed and floors (wahh). Turned the water to the upstairs toilet off and called Cabins USA. Staff super friendly and helpful - sent someone right over, who fixed the leak (bolt) and cleaned up all the water. Another team removed the bedding and supplied new mattress and linens, then a water extraction company came by and sucked up excess water and left a commercial fan to continue drying (mainly pad under the berber). Cabins USA checked on us the next day. Boys used the arcade (multiple games available), played darts and air hockey often - plus the hot tub was heaven! We loved this secluded little hideaway with it's peace and quiet. Check out process also a breeze!

Cabin was clean. Did not see any bugs like previous reviews mentioned. Hot tub jets aren't very strong. My check in information said there was no password for the wifi but it did require a password. I meant to call about it but never could remember during the day, so that may have been resolved if I had. Service was spotty without the wifi. Directions can be tricky, just make sure you follow the directions CabinsUSA give you at check in.

Lovely location and plenty of room, but the beds where hard and the cabin very dusty. Price was fine.

I absolutely loved everything there where ants around the sink and seen a couple of roches but I called and they sent someone out to spray very quickly, no broom or mop.
No sign on cabin but I put in address she wrote on paper and found it better then written directions.
Cable tv in bedrooms didn't work but Over it give it an A

Well after looking at the reviews the shower knobs still fall off. Water goes down so slow when in the shower. Other than that the cabin is really nice place is really hidden inside the smokeys didmt see a bear ???? but other than that it was awsome.

Difficult to find according to directions there's no Gatlinburg 3A light. We turned on light 1 by shell's gas station. Food was great and preferred Local restaurants no franchise. The cabin is nice but preferred to know there's access to security system. Couple of squeaks from upstairs floor and few ants in kitchen near sink. Some outlets didn't work. Tub was very nice and cabin seemed to be far in the back with no lights. Didn't see a broom or swiffer. The cabin was nice and comfortable and not far from Family dollar or restaurants. The cabin has a nice set timer fireplace. Somewhat easy to park vehicle. Nice deck to see through woods. Arcades was cool but only can play one game. Quiet area.

Pros:
Close to downtown gatlinburg
Not close to neighbors - close to grocery
Kids enjoyed games and hot tub
Quiet at night
Good for a basic trip

Cons:
Kitchen was lacking "extras" - would have been nice to have some tin foil/Saran wrap/salt-pepper/sugar Dishwasher was dicey (door)
Spotted ants off and on in the sink area - no cleaning products minus soap was available (luckily we brought Clorox wipes with us)
Grill is basically a park grill so we didn't grill
Carpet needs replaced
I did note right off the bat the issue with the master blinds and shower light and it was fixed on day 3 of our stay

The cabin was very nice the driveway down was very steep. The cabin was clean only thing is the upstairs ceiling fan was broke and the upstairs shower doesn't drain good at all, water puddles up as showering. The Knob for both showers need fixed because it was a pain trying to get the showers to shut off as the handles just spun around. The hot tub was nice but the lights didn't work and the outside was kinda banged up. But we enjoyed our stay and will book with this company again.

Had trouble with internet/ cable also there are ants crawling around. Internet and tv went out Wednesday and was still off when we left

First of all, the booking and check in process was a breeze. The offices are in a decent location on the way to Gatlinburg. The access code was simple to use and the cabin was decently cleaned when we arrived. It was very close to a grocery store with a Red Box to rent movies. We loved the hot tub and the game room amenities. And the space definitely had enough room to sleep 7 comfortably (with the couch bed).
However, there were a couple of issues. DO NOT TAKE LAUREL RD no matter what the GPS says. Use only the written directions given to you at the offices. We did use the written directions, but accidentally passed the cabin (no sign saying Hemlock Hideaway) and had to turn around. Just past the cabin, the paved road ends to a gravel road, but this leaves about a foot drop off between the two. It was dark and difficult to see, but thank God we were in a Jeep, or there would be no way we could have turned around and made it back over the steep bump. Next, the furniture was a little worn. This is typically expected in rentals, but I did have to vacuum out the pull out couch bed and change the sheets. The oven door and the dishwasher were a little worse for wear, almost falling off completely. Just be careful using those. And lastly, the air hockey table we were excited to use was missing the puck. We were innovative and used a salsa jar lid and made it work ;) Just one last thing, ubers or lyfts are difficult to get in this location. Even more difficult with the janky road. Just a heads up if your group is planning on using ride share to get down to the strip.
Overall, it was a nice, affordable stay for the weekend. My group and I were able to overlook the small inconveniences and still had a great time!

We stayed for 7 days. Cabin was nice. Kids enjoyed the air hockey. Directions to cabin was easy to follow. Had basic kitchen items. They left plenty towels and extra sheets if needed. Only issue was the handle in the tub down stairs kept falling off other that no issues. Will definitely consider staying here again if we don't move to the area.

Living room furniture could use some updating as the leather is ripped in several spots. The upstairs bedroom does not have cable, only a DVD player. There were two DVD’s available. There is no door between the upstairs bedroom and the nook with the twin bed. Dartboard is soft tipped and all of the tips were broken so we had to buy some. There is a liquor store and grocery store 5 minutes away, which is very convenient. Walmart is about 40 minutes away. Downtown Gatlinburg is 15 minutes away. Overall, cabin was cozy and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic time. This cabin was very close to the attractions yet private at the same time. We were greeted by a bear our first night and the following morning 4 cubs and their mom. I have used Cabins USA several times and have always had wonderful experiences.

The follow up courtesy call on the 2nd day shows their commitment to great customer service.

We loved the privacy of the cabin. But my biggest issues were we are charged an $80 cleaning fee but the cabin was not clean. The floors would turn out feet black if we walked barefoot & there was dust all around. I read reviews about a broken shower handle that was supposedly fixed but it wasn't. At first I thought the showers didn't have hot water but it has to be set at cold to work. The beds were not comfortable & I didn't sleep well. The driving directions also need to be updated as we had a hard time finding the cabin initially. Other than that we enjoyed our time there.

Very nice cabin. Relaxing stay. Close to activities and amenities. Compared to other cabins in the area this one is secluded. Issues that were present were broken shower handle in the first floor bathroom. I figured out to operate so I just sent an email to the company for it to be repaired. Needs darts for the dart board as none exist. Air hockey table scorer is broken from table. Cleaning could be better as valances on windows, picture frames and knick knacks have accumulation of dust. Some window blinds have broken slats. You must take the Tank Hill Road entrance to get to the cabin because if you use the Laurel Heights entrance that Google sends you to, you won’t make it up because the road is washed out. All of these issues are minor and did not affect our stay. We thoroughly enjoy the cabin!

Hemlock Hideway is the last cabin on the road , around a small curve , so it is semi-secluded from the other cabins. You can see the back of the upper deck from one of the other cabins, otherwise it's secluded. Parking for two vehicles. Good location. Easy to get to Gatlinburg without hassle of a lot of traffic.
The cabin itself was very comfortable. There was an issue with the two ceiling fans upstairs shaking ( esp the bedroom fan ) when turned on but wasn't a problem for our family. It was reported so I'm sure it's been seen to by now. The small room , with the twin bed , in the upstairs bedroom was actually larger than it looked in the online picture . You could also fit an air mattress under the nook in the area if needed. The arcade and air hockey games provided a lot of entertainment for the family. Needs new darts for the dart game.
The cabin was well stocked. Few ants found in the kitchen and the floor could have been a little cleaner but otherwise everything was great.
I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone. My family and I enjoyed our stay there!!

We are overall very pleased with the cabin location, cleanliness and amenities. Hot tub is great and clean (although I believe I heard it leaking). The few downsides are as follows:

1) The "grill" is about nonexistent. A public park would have a better "grill." We had been excited to grill out as a family and eat on the deck. That could not happen. No outside eating area, no picnic table, and no supplies for cleaning the "grill" or using it in any way. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this.
2) Ants in the kitchen area than need to be treated.
3) Pans for making pancakes were horrible. Had to use an entire can of Pam in order to grease the frying pan/skillet to have regular pancakes not stick to the bottom.
4) The upstairs shower, if the curtain is not perfectly inside the shower, will leak water onto the downstairs floor! Must watch kids if they are using this bathroom.
5) Upstairs does not have a separate AC unit. Gets warm during the day. We left windows open at night and some in the evenings which helped.

Property is close to Parkway, Food City, Family General, Subway, and McDonalds. Sheets and Towels are clean, no need to bring your own. Plates, cups, pots, pans and small appliances (toaster, blender, coffee maker) available. Grill is like the ones in parks. Hot tub was ready to use upon arrival. Cabin is somewhat secluded in that there are no cabins on either side. Our kids 8 and 10 enjoyed the air hockey and arcade. Will definitely be back.

The cabin is very nice and well kept. Everything was in working order. The upstairs bathroom shower took a little fiddling to figure it out. The play room could use an upgrade as the equipment is old and rundown but the arcade games were a good distraction. The location is ok, Gatlinburg is not what it used to be as it is getting very crowded and cabins are not as isolated as before but we were about 10 minutes from downtown and close to everything. It was a nice balance. The booking and check-in process online were flawless! Thank you!

Great place to stay

Hemlock Hideaway is conveniently located to the Great Smoky Mountains. We were happy with the cabin itself and the booking process is so easy! Cabins USA was wonderful to work with!

We appreciated our hot tub after our long hikes and enjoyed the game room tremendously! The cabin is in a quiet area and met most of our needs. The little shopping area at the entrance is quaint and we recommend stopping in to shop!

One recommendation is to add seating in the living space and it needs a deep clean. Other than that we were very happy with our stay and accommodations and would recommend you to friends and family!

The cabin was nice. The deck was smaller and more cramped than it looked in the pictures. The view is just of woods and the road that runs behind the Elk Cove development. The location was great, and really easy to get to off the parkway. Really close to Food City, and had a really easy back access on Glades to get back up to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.

The master bed was quite worn, it had a dip in the middle and not so much support. The kitchen was nice and open and had everything we needed, though a few pans could stand being replaced. The living room was open and had a table big enough to sit on the couch and do a puzzle.

Great time in the cabin! Had a difficult time locating the cabin. The link using google maps is not accurate. These directions take you off the asphalt roads and onto a washed out rock and dirt lane. I would recommend only using the directions listed on the email. We called the office and the lady that answered the call was very helpful and was able to direct us to the cabin. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived but there was some dishwashing detergent there and we took care of that. Other than these issues our stay was great! Nice and quite. I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

When we arrived there was no grill as I had seen in the pictures which wasn't good since we had brought all of our food to throw on the grill. I called and told them and within an hour we had a grill! Now that's service! The cabin was awesome and in a peaceful area. We loved our time there and highly recommend!

The cabin was perfect for out girls trip. It is on a dead end so it is very quite & peaceful. I highly recommend.

Our overall experience here was excellent. The cabin was set back offering some seclusion from the others in the same area. Upon arriving the cabin was nicely cleaned and set up for us. I couldn't find a broom in the cabin, but other than that it had all the items need for a week stay. The kitchen was nice and the appliances we used worked well. Kids loved the game room, although they are in need of new darts. Family of 5 approved! Express Check-in and check out were also very handy!

My family and I stayed at this cabin for a week and we really enjoyed ourselves. The highlight was the game room for kids. The cabin was very cozy and in a great location we were about 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg so that was a plus. We will be using this cabin again. Overall we had no complaints.

There were a couple of minor issues, but nothing that impacted our stay. The directions to the cabin needs to be tweaked some at the end, because the cabin is not immediately visible. Other than a light being out in the downstairs shower, which was no problem everything was great. Not much of a view, but it is secluded. Will use Cabins USA again.

Inside cabin was clean and comfortable. We rented the cabin with amenties being high on our list. There was no grill on property as advertised. The dart board didn't work properly and the darts were broken. Requested seclusion and cabin was in the middle of a residential area. Over all I give the whole experience a B.

Our family came down to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday, we all LOVED the Hemlock Hideaway! It was not close to any other cabin. The cabin was beautiful and just enough room for 7 people. The hot tub was nice and roomy. The only negative was the sheets on the beds didnt smell to clean.
Everyone at check-in was so nice. And check out was as simple as just sending a text. I would highly recommend Cabins USA and Hemlock Hideaway. We will definitely be back!

My family and I were very happy with our cabin. We did have a problem with our hot tub but as soon as we contacted somebody they were right out there to fix it. We will be back.

Enjoyed our stay!! The game room was a big hit with air hockey and 80’s video games.

Our stay was fabulous for the most part. There were cob webs everywhere even in the bathrooms . We tried to run the dishwasher and it started leaking water in the floor . I called and left maintenance voice mails but never heard back which in turn meant we had to wash our own dishes . The blinds were broken and the fan upstairs needs tightening because it knocks and dings. Cabin was in good location and easy to access and find for us. Accommodated our two families perfectly.

Cabin was nice. Our favorite thing was the small bed upstairs in the room with the larger bed. My daughter loved being able to sleep in her own bed near us. The fire place was very nice to have with the cold temps. The location was decent, road was paved so that was a plus. We were a little disappointed that the "Christmas decor" was a small little tree that didn't light up when plugged in. This mattered because my 3 year old was looking forward to seeing a Christmas tree in the cabin. The upstairs bedroom mattress could be updated, it's has dips in it and is pretty uncomfortable. The upstairs shower leaks a little down into the kitchen ceiling. And the washer and dryer barely work, we had to run our clothes and towels through multiple times. Overall it was a good stay, we enjoyed it.

We had a FANTASTIC cabin and a wonderful time. Everyone was extremely helpful. Our fireplace wouldn’t come on (gas) night one so we called and a maintenance crew member was there at 8:30 the next morning and had the issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. We are and will continue to be repeat customers of CabinsUSA

The cabin was very nice. Well stocked for our needs. It just wasn't very well located. There wasn't much of a view and it was hard to turn around at the cabin the road was very curvy. But I would recommend if you were just looking for a place to sleep.

The air hockey table did not work. A lot of home construction around the corner creating a lot of noise.

I would love to have stay longer it felt like home away from home...

Cabins USA is a little hard to get a hold of by phone. The usual response is we are really busy. On July 14, 2017, I tried to get a hold of staff several times but had no luck. I wasn't able to reach someone until the 15th. One of the main reasons we booked this cabin for the second time was for the air hockey table. Last year the table was working and my 2 daughters had a blast. This year it was not working and my daughters were extremely disappointed. The cabin has wifi but it’s terrible, the wifi is extremely slow and basically useless. I work a lot and had some work that needed to be done but the internet was so slow I was not able to get anything done. Lastly the front door does not have any blinds and the ones that are in the house are starting to get very worn. One blind in the kitchen had a broken slat and another had the rod missing that lets you open and close the blind.

The check in\check out process was great. The staff was quick and friendly. The cabin was very cute, clean, and had every amenity that we needed. The only issue we had was location. It was up out of main Gatlinburg quite a ways, and the cabin was up some narrow roads.

We posted several photos on social media and we have been asked by several people who we booked thru and even the name of our cabin. So recommend this company. Most easiest check in and out I have ever experienced.

The rental company is great. The cabin is wonderful, but a little out of the way. We are an active family and we had extended drive times to do many activities. If you are looking for a quite location and plan to stay in the cabin for your trip, it would be great!

Great location but not if roads are slick (lol), very nice cabin but light on end porch needed changed.

I had an issue with the satellite not being operational. I was told it was fixed when we checked. I was not working when we got to the cabin. They were unable or unwilling to fix the problem during our stay. We were told the was not much they could but waive some fees on our next visit but who knows if that will happen. The cabin was nice and in a pretty good location. I would prefer using the same cabin next time but not having satellite would be a deal breaker. I know that I visited during a busy time of the year but I would have preferred to have a more positive and absolute resolution to my issue. Overall, I was mostly pleased with our stay. The only thing that took all the way great away from the cabin was that the Web page listed a jacuzzi inside and it wasn't a jacuzzi at all it was a jetted bath tub for 1 . Needs to be corrected on the website.

Property was beautiful and the appointments were nice. This property is closely located to an awesome grocery store Food City which made running for certain things a breeze. Arcade game did not work which was previously posted by another guest but I figured it had been repaired. We reported it and maintenance responded immediately but it required a vendor to repair total bummer. So Do not rent the cabin based upon that but it is a really nice place to stay.

This cabin was really pretty. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was clean. We had a great relaxing time and even saw a bear at the cabin. The only thing I would have to say that we didn't like is it didn't have any yard space for the kids to play , it didn't have a pool table, picnic table or grill like it showed in the pictures and it was smaller then we expected . The staff were really nice at both check in and check out and made sure we were happy with our stay though

Cabin was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Only thing was it was supposed to have s grill so we were excited about grilling out but there was no grill to be found. Other than that it was perfect.

The cabin was beautiful! We all enjoyed the trip very much. It was a little difficult to locate but loved the seclusion of it. The only thing we were all a little let down with was the arcade game not working, the screen would flash on and off and sound would work but were unable to actually view it to play. Will most certainly be using this company again in the future.

Very nice cabin with all the amenities you could need. Gps does not take you to the correct place so I would definitely recommend following written directions provided by Cabins USA. There are a few cabins on the right side of cabin but they aren't close enough to matter. Back deck was very relaxing! Beds are comfortable as well.

We were staying in another cabin, due to some issues with that one, after asking, we were fortunately moved to this one. Cabin was beautiful and very clean. Cabin was easy to access. Great close proximity to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Only one minor issue, although hot tub water was warm the display had an error code. Called maintenance and within 2 hrs. the issue was fixed. I would definately recommend this cabin to anyone. I'm looking forward to staying at this cabin again soon.

Our satellite didn't work and the hot tub smelled rather mildewed. But other than that, our stay was perfect! Our experience with Cabins USA was great, we will be using them again!

we loved this cabin the only complaint that we had was that the photos showed a pool table but there was not one in the cabin when we got there.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hemlock Hideaway. We choose a different cabin initially, but that changed when the owner decided to remodel. We then choose Hemlock Hideaway and we were very pleased. I have never stayed somewhere that I felt so at home and as though I had cleaned the place myself. All the amentities were great. I loved the location, although it was challenging at first to navigate the narrow roads and steep inclines. I would defintely return to this cabin and would highly recommend it to everyone I know. Cabins USA was wonderful!!!!!

The cabin is very clean, spacious. Has all the amenities that make vacation stay comfortable. The price is very reasonable. Hard to find because the GPS don't work in the area.

The only problem we found was the handle was gone off the dryer but we could still open it.

We loved our stay, we would book again with Cabins USA, There were a few issues, they came out and fixed all but one. We do not think they could have fixed it, it did not hinder our stay. There just needed to be more seats in the living room for seating. For a cabin to sleep 7 there should be 7 seats! All in all it was an Excellent Vacation!! Thank You!

The game room is very small, making the pool table unplayable. There was an issue with getting clean towns but, a supervisor took care of it to my satisfaction. The location was very nice and easy to get too. We enjoyed the overall layout of the cabin (except the game room). The only thing that would cause me to not use this cabin again is the lack of cookware in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! Very comfortable, clean and in good working order. Really enjoyed the hot tub. The only issue was the pool table. I would just remove it from the loft. It's impossible to play, even for amateurs like myself. There is not enough room for the cue sticks! Other than that, we would return to thus cabin.

We absolutely loved the cabin. Due to the snow on October 31, we did have a little trouble getting out on Nov. 1. Other than that, we loved the cabin and had a great time.

Nice cabin easy to get to, pool table is useless, cannot play on without hitting the walls.

Would have been 9 and 10's, but there were some issues with the hot tub and pool table. To Cabins USA credit they had maintenance out promptly and resolved the issues. The STAFF, from reservations to check out were all very professional, courteous and helpful. The cabin itself was as advertised and looked just like the pictures. Thank You for a GREAT stay, if things work out, we'll seeya again soon!

Great experience just make you stay at least 8 nights

Everything was fantastic! Would love to stay there again. Perfect location, and my family of 5 had the best time! Kids loved the arcade game, and mom and dad loved the rocking chairs on the deck!! Will hopefully make it back again one day!

We had a great time in the Smokey Mts. Lots of fun things to do. Only bummer was we went to use the pots and pans to cook dinner and had to scrub two fry pans because they were crusted on with eggs. yuck! But for the most part the cabin was beautiful. Loved our stay there.

Cabin was nice. But the a/c going out and staying out for over 24hrs was terrible in the middle of summer

We enjoyed the cabin. But for 5 days they didn't leave enough bath soap, towels ect. It was a little deceiving when they call it secudled. It really wasn't secudled. But other than that it was a great time and a great place to stay.

Super great experience from beginning to end. Used the website to search for our cabin. It took awhile to chose which cabin would be best for us because there were some many to choose from. We decided on Hemlock Hideaway because we were afraid of driving up a steep mountain at night on our first mountain getaway. Also this cabin had a great twin bed area. The cabin is not in a remote area but at the end of a street a little tricky to find, but felt very private. Close to grocery store, gas and on the Arts & Crafts loop. The cabin had a great kitchen and eating area. Everything we needed to live for a week away from home. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. Loved the fireplace, used it every night. Kids loved playing pool and Video Games. DVD player did not work. Loved having a washer and dryer. Did not use grill. We did get to use the hot tub once it was nice. Super clean cabin. We had one problem with fireplace and they sent out someone the same day to fix it. Called for password for WiFi and it worked perfectly. Loved our stay at Hemlock Hideaway and was extremely happy with our experience, This was our first trip to a cabin and it all went smoothly! Thank You!

The game room was pretty small my husband complained that he couldn't enjoy the pool table without hitting the wall with the stick. And the dart board didnt work correctly and had no darts. The down stairs bathroom doors didnt look either. Over all our stay was very relaxing and we are planning on going back and we will be reserving through Cabin USA.

The check in process is ok. I did not have to wait but there was a line of people that came in behind me. I would imagine during busier times it might be more of a hassle. The directions to the cabin were easy to follow and the cabins location was great! The road getting there is winding and somewhat narrow but that's to be expected in the mountains. It sits at the bottom of a hill and while there are cabins all around, you still have privacy and a sense of seclusion. The only issue we ran into was the WiFi being password protected. Doesn't sound like too much of a problem but when we called to gain access the lady that answered the phone told us it wasn't locked. Then gave us 2 passwords neither of which would work and finally told us we would have to wait until a maintenance person could call us in a few hours. After waiting for a call we finally called back and got a different representative and she was able to give us the password and all was well. My wife needed the WiFi for work and it seemed silly that all of the representatives weren't trained well enough to handle something so simple. The cabin itself was quite nice. There was plenty of room forour ffamily of 5. The living room has a sofa bed and the child's room that is mentioned in the description as being off of the kitchen is actually off from the upstairs bedroom. Kind of like a very large walk in closet with a twin bed. The bedroom off from the kitchen is actually where the king size bed is located. There are 3 tv's in the home with dish network as well as an arcade game, a pool table and darts. The kids really enjoyed the game room however it was a bit cramped and there wasn't quite enough room to maneuver around when shooting pool. You would hit the wall or one of the other games with your stick. The beds all were comfortable so no complaints there. The hot tub was very nice and the Jacuzzi tub in the downstairs bathroom was as well. However be warned the locks on the downstairs bathroom do not work! All in all we had a nice stay. Check out was excellent since the cabin had a keyless entry we did not have to go and wait in line to check out we just had to call to confirm we were gone.

Great cabin and great service. The only problem I had was no coffee filters and the lamp shades were broken. It was also very difficult to drive out, but it's the mountains so that's to be expected.

Our stay at the Hemlock Hideaway was amazing. The cabin itself was appointed well enough with dishes, towels, cooking utensils, etc. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) fit easily into the cabin. It was extremely clean and the kids loved the playroom and outside jacuzzi. We cannot wait to come back to Gatlinburg and, when we do, we will definitely be using CabinsUSA to book our next stay.

We have been renting cabins for many years and this was the cleanest one, but there isn't a view of anything if that's what your looking for.

We loved our cabin. Even on a rainy day we had more than enough to entertain our family. We will definitely come back and recommend this company again to any of our friends staying in the Smokies!

The house was very clean and everything worked. A little worried about the 2 story drop off the back of the house should the hot tub weaken the deck braces. Very nice place though. King bed is down stairs, queen is up stairs and twin is off the queen bedroom ( have to go through queen bedroom to get to twin). 1 shower up stairs and master bath down stairs with jacuzzi bath. Water pressure left something to be desired for shower head.. (maybe it was a water saver head not sure, but wasn't strong at all.) fire place worked (wife fell asleep in front of it) beds were firm and comfortable to us. Boys slept like logs so they must have been comfortable too. It is located off the 8 mile arts and craft loop just outside of downtown Gatlinburg all by itself at bottom of a hill. http://www.gatlinburgcrafts.com/map.html We did part of the loop on the way home very nice arts and crafts places. Bring your Money your gonna want to buy stuff. will definitely be coming back again!

My only complaints was on the way to check in there were too traffics and too long to get to the cabin but overall is was a good stay for our family. We will definitely rent another cabin from CabinUSA in the future.

Hemlock Hideaway was awesome and exactly as described and advertised I was very clean well stocked with everything thing you needed to have an enjoyable stay. Everything was in working order and alot of upgrades the jacuzzi was awesome and the game room upstairs the kids loved and spent alot of time there. Very peaceful and quite great views and we felt very safe. We will definetly use Cabins USA again and hope to stay at Hemlock Hideaway on our next visit to the smokie mountains. Check in was fast and the staff was awesome!!!!!!! Loved it!!!! A+++++. Better than a 5 star hotel any day and alot more affordable and less expensive. Thanks for making our vacation and stay there one to remember.
