The place was great would definitely recommend!!

We book through Cabins USA almost yearly, they have always been EXCELLENT to work with. We have stayed at this cabin numerous times and absolutely love it. The location, amenities and rooms are perfect for our family of 5 with additions occasionally.

The only issue I had was we got a call saying nothing wrong with cabin just running a little behind that the cabin would be ready for 5. That was fine but when getting there someone before us looked like they had put real wood in fireplace and had smut off over the fireplace and on the beams and ceiling. This had not been cleaned up. I took my hand and wiped it so I know a little soapy rag would clean it up. The dresser had a little dust/trash in them, no big deal. I am concerned that hopefully the next time we book this cabin that the floor in bottom floor will be fixed where it had an previous water leak and the beams on top floor will be repaired from the birds or whatever that is damaging it. We rent this cabin almost every year with a couple that we have missed. We love our cabin and will continue to book this cabin as long as it's available..

Before staying, I'd read a review that mentioned a leak. I didn't pay it much attention, as I figured a leak would surely have been taken care of immediately. Very disappointed to find out this was not the case. Leak was still active, and it was absolutely not weather related - it was beautiful weather for our entire stay. Definitely a neglected problem with upstairs bathroom plumbing, causing a very fast drip in the first floor bedroom. Upon our arrival, we were wondering why the bed in that room was not centered in the room, under the ceiling fan. Once the leak started, we quickly figured it out - it was so the bed would not get dripped on. Thankfully for us, we were only a party of 4 in a 10-person cabin, so we didn't need that room. Still, it was very disappointing. Beyond that, some shades were broken/not functioning properly, and one was completely missing. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. Nice, quiet, out-of-the-way location. If leaks and shades were tended to, I'd stay again and would fully recommend to others.

It was disappointing not to have any Wi-Fi. Which made it hard to have any connection. Other then that it was a great cabin loved the quietness and the peace the open top room was a plus.

Cabin was great, no wifi which was was okay. Only downfall was the bathroom walls were very dirty on main floor and I wish they would have left a broom to clean up small messes. Views were amazing. I did have to wash the bedding on the main floor as my son had a horrible reaction to something on it our first night but after washing it it was better. Could have used some hangers in the closets. Hottub was set a little hot at 104. The location was great and we did enjoy the cabin.

We loved the cabin and the view. The decks were amazing! We were disappointed that there was no internet or WiFi. The beautiful wood thruout the exterior is being eaten away by insects, very sad. The trash cans outside have no lids and racoons get into the trash. Aside from those concerns, the cabin and veiws are beautiful and I would stay there again.

We loved the location of the cabin. It was in the woods without any close homes but still close enough to downtown that we could be at an event pretty quickly. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. We had a short trip and joy was chilly the first night so we were bummed it took several hours for the hot tub to heat up enough to use it. We also had bought grill food to cook at the cabin only to find out the LP tank was empty. Once we made dinner, there were only 2 forks in the kitchen. Our "issues" weren't big ones, just frustrating.

Cabin needs Trash Cans that are contained where animals can't scatter garbage. There are dogs at the neighbors that kept getting into the garbage.

Could have been a little cleaner but with that said I really had no complaints. I loved the location and the cabin was not too high. The road to the cabin is paved and was easy to find. We were able to use the back streets to get to the strip without having to stay in that heavy traffic. The company makes it easy to get in and out the cabin without hassle.

We had a great time while down there!

Only a few issues, but did not adversely affect our trip.
The cabin was great and booking with you guys was awesome, as usual.

Issues:
1) No Wi-Fi and barely a cell signal. I know that is out of your control, but it would prevent us from using that particular cabin again.

2) one of the burners on the stove didn't work so well. The rest did, so we got by.

3) the sink in the upstairs bathroom drained very slowly. It does eventually drain though.

4) only a couple of the jets in the hot tub actually worked. We were, however, still able to use it.

Again, we had a great time and you guys are awesome!

Great cabin. Only a few minor things that we saw needing attention or were a little disappointed in were: no way to control heat on bottom level, needs a few more kitchen utensils, like wisk, a few big spoons to stir with and was expecting some interior Christmas decorations. Other than those few things it was great. Plenty of room inside and out, great location and very relaxing property. I would definitely be interested in renting it again in the future. We loved the Apache Sunset cabin. It was in a great location.

Of the dozen or so properties I've rented from Cabins USA, this one is by far my favorite. The cleaning team did a super job prepping for our stay, and though there was a mixup at check-in, one phone call and two minutes had everything smoothed right out. I would recommend this property to friends and family, but only the ones I REALLY like, because I mostly wanna keep it all to myself!

It features the PERFECT blend of seclusion and convenience: close to everything we wanted to do, yet remote enough that we only saw one other person in the neighborhood all week. But seclusion comes at a price: there is no wifi, and we could only get cell signal on the top floor deck. Perfect escape from 24/7 work calls!

A few details need to be addressed but they did not inconvenience us or put a damper on our stay: several light bulbs need to be replaced. A bear proof trash bin would be a really good idea. The upstairs toilet flush lever requires a LOT of muscle. And the hot tub inner handle is not sealed, so water leaks around it, shorts out the pump motor, and trips the breaker, while preventing the tub from being filled complete. Someone tried silicone, but it needs JB Weld. Seriously- a four dollar, five minute, permanent fix.

Regardless, I will reserve this cabin again as soon as I get my vacation schedule for next year, and will return for as long as Cabins USA manages the property. GREAT JOB, GUYS!!!

This was my 10th yr in a row going to Pigeon Forge. Used Cabins USA most of them. Love the cabin and location but there are a few things with it needing addressed/repaired. Upstairs toilet. Unless you are Superman it is about impossible to flush. About 1/4 of the lights are burnt out throughout the cabin. Inside and outside. Couldn't figure out how to use upstairs ceiling fan. Almost all labels on switches need re-done. I know there is probably a shortage of cleaning people right now but I'm pretty sure nobody dusted in quite a while or cleaned the windows. There was a message written on the window in the upstairs bathroom. We didn't have use of the hot tub for half our trip. We did get it fixed Wednesday. 2 days to use better than none. I would love to spend a week getting cabin all cleaned up. Power washing all the outside walls and decks. There are tons of spider webs on all decks. The windows all need cleaned inside and outside. With all that said I would still rent this cabin.

The cabin didn't have any pot holders in the kitchen. That's our only complaint.

Our stay at apache sunset was great. Views were beautiful and we were also able to see some of the dollywood fireworks at night from the main level deck. Location was very convenient about 10 mins from the parkway. The only complaint we really have is the hot tub. The wood under the hot tub seems very weak and it had a small leak. We had to add water to it twice. The floors downstairs had our feet a little black and the pool table could use some updating but our overall stay was amazing and had no really big issues. We actually booked apache sunset again for this time next year!! Well worth the stay and would highly recommend to everyone.

This cabin was the perfect place for our family vacation. It was in a great location and easily accessible to all the places we wanted to visit while on our trip. The beds were comfortable and spread out enough to give everyone their own space if they needed it. It was comfortable and clean. We couldn't have been happier. There is no wifi but cell phone reception was good enough to make calls and texts. No wifi meant more time spent with each other so it wasn't missed at all! This was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Overall it was a pretty good experience. Wifi would be a nice addition, but it was also nice to have a break from the electronics.
Hot tub would not get up to temperature. Windows were not clean.
Two nights we had something get into the trash and drag it all across the deck, so a more secure garbage storage area would be a plus.
The view was AWESOME and the location was very convenient, as were the check-in and check-out processes.

The cabin was a wonderful place to stay and I will definitely be back to stay there!!! It felt like home away from home and it had everything you needed besides food to cook!! There is also some type of entertainment on every level of the cabin!! You will not be disappointed with this beautiful cabin!!

We had a great time! The only negatives would be that the floor needed to be deep cleaned and the cabin needed an overall dusting. Also when my husband sat on the pull out couch bed in the basement, it folded up on him and couldn't be slept on. We would definitely come back to stay in this cabin though!

Hands down, the best cabin we have stayed in in the Pigeon Forge area. Very clean and well-stocked which made for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. We went with another family and the layout of the cabin was perfect. We will stay here again, no doubt.

The cabin was very nice. It needed some deeper cleaning as you could tell that it's just been a light cleaning in between guests. There was a lot of trash and debris on the ground at the tree line. It appeared to be from animals getting into the trash since the trash cans had all been chewed up at some point. The hot tub didn't have enough water in it, but that was an easy fix. A big let down was the no wi-if. The cell service isn't great inside the cabin and a lot of times thing wouldn't load and FaceTime would drop when trying to talk to my kids. Wifi would have been a real plus. Not a necessity but a definite plus.

Cabin was as beautiful as the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Overall cabin was beautiful, location was perfect! Not too high up, but still a perfect view. Our cabin had some issues that prevented us from totally relaxing and being on edge constant. However, all was fixed a few days later. Cabins USA was very professional the whole time and assured us everything was fine. There seemed to be a constant dripping noise in the bathroom downstairs that was reported several times to staff. The outdoor lights 70% of them did not work. Hot tub needed chlorine terribly. There is a blow dart in the fan in the main living room. All Maintenance issues that could easily be fixed and put this cabin in top condition. Overall, we would come back because the customer service was always available and maintenance was always professional.

The location and price of the cabin was great but only one jet worked in the hot tub. There was only one light that would work on the back porch. These need to be updated! Overall had a great time

The only. Thing I would suggest is that you put a tv in the down stairs bedroom.

Apache Sunset was a perfect location for our motorcycle trip. The cabin needs some updates and repairs. The couch was torn up on one section, one rocking chair outside was broke and the wood on the outside of the cabin has lots of nail pops and a lot of damage to the structure from bees and the floors were rough too. We saw they started replacing boards on one floor. The lay out worked well for us and overall it was clean except for the blanket on the master bedroom bed. It was filthy. I called twice to get a replacement and they said they would but never did. That was disappointing as the details are important and cleanliness especially now should be at a all time high. They did however replace our propane tank as we asked so that was good. Overall we would stay again. I must thank Amanda who helped book us because she went out of her way to find exactly what we needed in regards to a safe cabin to ride to and park our motorcycles without being too high on dangerous roads to get there. She was a blessing to say the least!

Overall, this cabin was a great stay and we will definitely be staying here again. The only negative thing about the cabin is that the hot tub didn’t get very hot and the cabin gets a little warm. Be sure to use the fan next to the bed in the upstairs bedroom!

The couple of issues we had was 1.) the door handle on lower level 3 was extremely loose and we didn’t feel safe with that. We looked all around the cabin for tools but was not able to find a screw driver to tighten it. 2.) floor was dirty. It appear to have a quick sweep but just a few minutes of walking around our feet turned black. There was also dirt under the beds and around the baseboards in most of the rooms. Other than that it was pleasant. It was beautiful. We enjoyed the roosters after waking up and spending time on the balcony.

Overall, our experience at this cabin was really great! The location is far enough away from the "hustle" of Pigeon Forge, but close enough to get there in 10 min. The view is exactly what we wanted ... mountains! There's no WiFi, so this is a great place to unplug! Our only "suggestions" are to...
**Fix the sleeper sofa on the bottom level so the cabin can actually sleep 10 people (as advertised)
**Update/increase the seating in the Main Level Living Room - it only seats 4 people comfortably
**Fill the hot tub up all the way so the jets work properly (might also need to have the jets serviced??)
**Fix the crack in the toilet on the bottom level, so it doesn't smell like sewer gas :(

The property was incredible. There was amazing views and the accommodations were very comfortable. Everything was lovely. The only thing that I found interesting was the checking in process... there is so much paperwork involved in checking in, and then as they give a great deal of other information. The package of information about what to know is complete, but I’m not sure it was necessary. It’s just funny that you can check into a hotel and not sign anything but yet you have to sign multiple pages to rent a cabin. Overall everything was great! I would enjoy having the opportunity to stay here again soon.

This cabin was beautiful and clean! The location is hard to get to but it was worth the drive! We enjoyed our 5 days there, and we will be renting a again!

This was our second time to stay in this cabin, and overall we were very satisfied. This year it was like coming home. There was a problem with the hot tub. The breaker would trip and wouldn’t reset until the next morning. And there was a leak under the sink in the bathroom off the kitchen. We had to place a bowl under it for our stay. As always, the trip seems to end too soon.

Didn’t like the fact that we tried to check in to a cabin that was not occupied for at least a week 2 hours early . A lot of money not to be able to wind down a little after a long drive and have to wander around when you tired! Anyway the stay was good!

We use this cabin every year. This year the hot tub was working properly. Maintenance came on our last evening there and looked at it. Said he had to order new knobs or whatever for it. The master toilet had mold around the top bowl plate and around the top of the bowl, you could see it when sitting in the tub. The upstairs light had a bad bulb or no bulb. Had to get a lamp with a missing shade out the closet to use. And our price didn’t change for the inconvenience of the hot tub not working. Other than that it was awesome. We usually never have a problem though. Just this time we had a few issues.

Omg this was pure luxury! Our cabin was so beautiful, and close to everything but tucked in the woods perfectly it was so amazing. I literally have no complaints but I do have a suggestion. In prior cabins they had a log book on the mantle for notes from past renters and they were really amazing stories in them. You need to start that tradition! Thank you for our stay! We will be back! Thank you Angie for cleaning up after us!

Our stay was fantastic. Upon arrival, the cabin looks older than the pictures, but the inside was amazing. The pictures of the inside were a great representation of the cabin. The scenery from the master bedroom is much fuller and greener than the pictures. The are is surrounded by local homes, and the driveway was a little steep. There was some trash on the floors that were missed when cleaning, but the floors were mopped and the cabin smelt very clean. The pool table needed a new felt and the pool stick tips needed to be changed. With that being said, we spent hours playing pool and it was fine. There were comments about the hot tub not working, however, it worked during our stay. I did have to look up how to take the hot tub out of standalone mode though. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend Cabins USA to anyone.

The cabin was very easy to find somewhat quiet till the rooster starts early in the a.m. The deck furniture needs cushions not very comfortable . more seating in the living room upstairs . view was nice would have been better if the hot tub had worked.

The cabin was very beautiful. It was really clean and the location was really close to the attractions! The only bad thing was the hot tub never got warm. We even called and someone came out but it never got warm. We always look forward to getting in the hot tub but we wasn’t able to on this trip.

Very nice cabin and the price was very affordable I did stay here again with no problem.

We overall enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautiful. Only a few few minor things like the hot tub. It did not get hot until the last night we were there. Once we went to get in, it was like the water was draining so we didn’t get to enjoy that. The fire place also only worked once. The stove did not have a bottom eye so we had to cook on the gas grill if we needed to cook in the oven. Also in the bottom bath room in the door way there were two nails sticking up which cut my boyfriends foot. Although we did not have to have the hot tub, we paid for it so it should have been in working condition.

My family had amazing time. It's a awesome place to rent. Never had any problems with the neighbors. Loved hearing the rooster crow in the morning. I've recommended the cabin to some of my fb friends. Lovely place, very clean and nice. Thank you

Upon arrival I always take before pics...noticed that there were holes in the ceiling from previous guests. The flood lights did not work outside and it was pretty dark that night. The upstairs jacuzzi tub would not hold water. The shower door downstairs was broken and had mold on the walls. I called Cabins USA and they IMMEDIATELY took care of what they could. They are very easy to work with.
Apache Sunset all in all was amazing and just needed some minor adjustments.

AMAZING!!

The cabin is beautiful! Very well built, with beautiful pine wood throughout. Windows all around for a lot of natural light filtering through. Lots of space in all of the areas. The vaulted living room is gorgeous and the loft was amazing. The loft was very large, with vaulted ceilings, natural light and a private deck with a wonderful view of the mountains! What a beautiful sight when you wake up! A very open floor plan which accommodated our family of 8 very well. Each of the 3 floors have a bathroom and shower. Every level had a deck. The main floor level deck wrapped all the way around the cabin which was wonderful for my mom. She walks every day and was able to do that without leaving the cabin. My dad, as well as the rest of us enjoyed the outdoor space. It was very peaceful! A great place to spend with God as well as the family! The cabin was secluded just enough but also close enough to all the attractions. If your family likes togetherness, peacefullness and lots of room to spread out but still be together, you will love it! The only suggestions I could make would be to have a little more seating available in the living room and the lower level, repair the bed in the sleeper sofa in the living room, repair the tissue paper holders in the bathrooms. Everything else was wonderful! Thank you so much for allowing our family of all ages the vacation of a lifetime! We will cherish our memories there! God bless you!

The inside was very clean. The outside was a little different. There was some trash on ground out side we picked up. The hot tub cover was broken. And the top porch still had fireworks on it from the people before us. But other than that little stuff it was amazing. This was our second time in this same cabin. And we will be back at the same one next year. We love it!!!

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. It was quiet and secluded but close by to lots of attractions.

We were a party of 6 this cabin was very nice we had a great time the only problem i had was the Jacuzzi tub took forever to feel up and the water got cold but that was ok walk in shower was just find for me but other than we had a ball,So i recommend this cabin.

Such a beautiful cabin! We went on a couples trip with 2 other couples and it was plenty big enough with room to spare! It does have a pretty open floor plan, so if you are looking for privacy this cabin may not be the cabin for you. The bedroom on the middle floor had a door, the other two are up/down stairs with an open floor plan. The large windows and balconies were perfect to wake up to with beautiful Mountain View! We love Cabins USA!

Great get away

We had a fabulous week at this cabin, with 9 family members sharing the space. We quickly found out that there weren't nearly enough utensils to get us through even one meal. Plates, bowls, and cups were also scarce. We made do by purchasing some disposable items. Our only other issue was that the dishwasher didn't work. We didn't ask for a repair, so it most likely would have been looked at had we asked. We simply washed the dishes by hand. Be aware that one of the bedrooms is an open loft. If you are a light sleeper, you WILL hear any and all noise going on throughout the house. It is however, that much more beautiful with the open ceilings and natural light pouring in. We really enjoyed the location. It was far more convenient than other properties we have stayed at in the past. I look forward to returning again next year!

Check-in is very convenient if you use the express option. Check-out was fantastic with a simple text.

Nice cabin for our first rental here, you need to detail the driveways in, we had four wheel drive but if you didnt in some weather situations you would be in trouble for novices in cold weather situations, with this house driveway thiugh newly paved, cabin was nice inside but well worn and the outside is a bit dissappinting for such a nice cabin layout and design and the people talking about the rooster noise is a bit overexaturated and we had no trouble and only slightly noticed it overall good first rental for us, great convinence fireplace for using it.

Enjoyed our time. Getting to the cabin site was no hassle other than one reference point was listed as a BP service station but is now Marathon. Has a fairly nice view. The local resident has chickens and roosters so in the mornings we would hear them crow, but that brought back memories of farm life in early years of life. All in all it was good.

We brought my mother for her 79th birthday. It was a beautiful location and cabin. We were able to sit and enjoy the back porch view. Gorgeous sunrises in the morning, Cabin was very clean and neat upon our arrival. Small issue with the fireplace not working but the weather was warm. We would stay here again and definitely with Cabins USA. Thank you for making our family retreat for mom's birthday great!

The cabin itself is beautiful but filthy when we arrived it hadnt been cleaned had to stay in a different cabin till they made the beds and put in clean towels and empty trash . The floors were filthy they needed cleaned there was spilled drinks throughout the entire house up and down all stairs i wouldnt walk on the floors without my shoes on dust everywhere .shopping tags still laying in the floors from other people i had to clean the dining table there was dried food on it .The pool sticks are worn out and pool table balls are busted and one bedroom had no TV we made the best of it all love the layout of the
cabin and the view

Cabin USA provided excellent facilities. The cabin was charming and spic and span clean. We stayed there over the labor day weekend. With the smoky mountains and the surroundings, we enjoyed the cabin as well.

Great family vacation spot!! We made family memories that will last a lifetime thanks to Cabins USA and their reasonable pricing!!! We will be back real soon!!!!

I want to start out by saying this is a stunning cabin, but the ground outside the cabin was littered with cigarette butts, trash, and cigar ends! The cleaning staff was still there when we arrived at 4pm to check in. We had to request that the hot tub be cleaned because it was visibly dirty. The cleaning staff did not leave our cabin until until 6:45pm, so we were unable to use the hot tub until around 7pm. We arrived at the cabin ready to grill out, but we couldn't because the grill did not have any propane, so we contacted maintenance. Anthony arrived and fixed our issue very quickly! He was very friendly and professional! Again, the cabin was absolutely beautiful, but I feel that it should have been ready at 4pm because we were only saying one night, and all of our fees were paid in advance.

It was beautiful and I didn't want to come home . Very nice place and never had anyone bother us. We will be back.

The cabin was very nice. It had everything that we needed in the kitchen. There was an issue with the toilet on the third floor. It would not flush the first time and required flushing twice. Also, the kids couldn't hook up their gaming system in the game room because the tv didn't have hdmi input. We enyoyed the trip but recommend an upgrade on the tv in the game room.

Our stay was wondeful. The cabin is what we expected from the pictures. There is plenty of room and nice views, just gar enough from the attractions. Staff were prompt with our request to have a fire extinguisher and small wasp nest removed. The are roosters down at a residential home which you can hear every morning, we did not mind bit others may. The cabin was clean and we'll stocked with what we needed, we would love to come back! The owners may want to be notified of carpenter bees and something that is trying to get to them, it is destroying the porch wood beams and leaves a lot of wood chips and dust, particularly on the 3rd floor deck. Having a broom to sweep it away may want to be added to the cabin so that the 3rd floor deck can be enjoyed more often!

Loved the view. No other cabins to obstruct the view. Private cabin. Very peaceful. Lots of space and perfect location. Only negative was porches and windows could have been cleaner. Very easy check in. Very easy check out. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The mattresses could use some updating and the hot tub was broke and we never knew if it was fixed or not. Overall the stay was great, very nice cabin.

Beautiful cabin! The only thing I would change is more privacy for the upstairs! Would recommend this cabin to anyone!

Great stay and view. The pull out bed mattress on the lowest level needs more padding. Very relaxing retreat for a weekend getaway!

It was a very nice cabin . Only issue we had was the propane in grill ran out on us while cooking. Other than that and the roosters crowing every morning which we didnt mind but others it might it was a very nice and clean cabin tha was close to town!

Few furniture problems but we reported problems and they were able to fixed them same day other than that it was a very happy vacation thank you so much.

The sleeper sofas are very uncomfortable. You feel every spring in them

Cabin was very easily accessible. The inside of the cabin was clean, but was in need of some minor repairs. Couldn't really sit anywhere outside to enjoy the view or fresh air due to carpenter bees. There was sawdust everywhere due to the damage they are causing. Couldn't watch TV because the cable didn't work. Only place that you could actually watch TV was the very bottom bedroom.
We had booked 5 nights, but was offered a 6th night at a very good deal. We took the deal and was ready for vacation! Something came up in the meantime, and we had to leave early, not getting to stay the last night. We called and asked if they could do an adjustment or credit that one night back to us, since it was offered to us instead of us booking it, and was told we would just forfeit that last night rental.
Overall though, we had a good family vacation and would recommend the cabin

Loved it

We loved the cabin and the location was very convenient to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. The only issue was that due to the cabin being so open inside, there was nothing to buffer sounds from the various floors. There needs to be more cookware, glasses and plates/bowls. There was a cigarette burn in the comforter that was on the bed in the loft and there was a light in the kitchen that did not work. The couch in the living area and lower lever is badly worn and should be replaced. Otherwise, we had a great time and was very satisfied with the cabin and will definitely stay there again. However, the roosters crowing all day did get to be a bit much but don't know of anything that can be done about that. We would gladly recommend this cabin.

Apache Sunset was a great property there were 5 of us including two little ones (3,4 year old) and a 17 year old, we all had a great time the cabin was beautiful and very clean when we arrived. The only things that I would change is this... The pool table is very close to being unplayable, the TV in the living room is very outdated, and finally the hot tub is very nice but needs a few repairs .. Those are pretty minor things and would not by any means keep us from renting Apache Sunset again nor from using Cabins USA! There is one more thing those roosters at the house below the cabin well they are confused they never and I mean never stop crowing it's funny and you get use to it pretty quickly... Overall while we were on vacation we did many things including a very much recommended trip to Cades Cove but we always looked forward to getting back to Apache Sunset it felt like home the 5 days we were there and we look forward to our next visit! Thank you Cabin USA !!

We love staying with cabins USA. We always have a good experience. This cabin was nice but not exactly what we thought it would be. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of sleeping room. However the pull out couch was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever laid on. There was no padding to the mattress. You could feel all the springs and the bars through the mattress. There was no coffee pot even though j asked if there was one and was told yes. The hot tub breaker kept tripping and turning the hot tub off when we only had 3 people in it. the loft style room was nice. However bathroom doesn't have a ceiling so there is not sit of privacy. Also that bedroom is not private at all. Everyone downstairs can see right in the room and it was the master room in the cabin. It was not a cabin for several adults in my opinion. We liked the cabin. It was clean and very nice just not very private. We will stay with cabins USA again but we will choice a different cabin.

Firstly, the staff at Cabins USA was a true pleasure to work with from start to finish. They made the entire process of renting quick, easy, and enjoyable.

The cabin was easy to find and had a wonderful view. Upon arrival the cabin was clean and free of debris and we were able to heat it quickly. We absolutely loved the gas fire place! There were fresh linens in all of the bathrooms and beds and the utensils in the kitchen were clean and in good order. Honestly, we had no real complaints about the cabin and had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again! This cabin offers excellent value!

Only a few comments:
- The cabin doesn't offer much privacy outside of the main floor bedroom. I wish this had been more clear in the pictures and descriptions. I'd say this is more of a family style cabin rather than one for 3 separate groups of adults as we had. Luckily we were all family that got along so this wasn't an issue and we enjoyed every minute of the stay.
- If you use a lot of dishes to serve food on you may run out. There were plenty of plates and bowls for everyone to eat off of just not much in the way of serving. Also, there weren't any large cooking pots. We brought our own but if you plan to do a lot of cooking for a larger group you may want to bring one as well. They do offer the standard size pots and pans as well as mixing bowls.
- Only the upstairs TV has HDMI, if you're bringing any DVD players or game systems make sure they use a different connection.

For the owners: (not review)
- We noticed quite a few wasp and mud dauber nests outside in the top parts of the cabin. Mostly above the front door. They weren't out now for the winter but wanted to give a heads up before the spring.
- One of the ball pockets on your pool table is broken. We started to play a game and one of the balls fell through. We didn't play anymore as we didn't want to damage your pool set.
- Floating cleaner in the hot tub outside seemed to be nearing empty. You may want to check soon.
- There was a most annoying rooster outside of the property. Not sure if you can pay to get rid of him but would definitely suggest it. It woke us up every day at 6:30. We're all used to getting up early so not a big deal and we did get a good chuckle out of it. He crowed all day from 6:30 to 6:00PM. This might cause problems for other guests.
- Also there was a wandering pet pitbull. He had an electric collar on and was really friendly. You could tell he was a pet but some other customers may get nervous about him. If you can I'd let the neighbors know. We also worried we would accidentally hit him or not see him when it was dark out.

The place was so dirty!!! Jacuzzi had black in the jets in the tub. Master bath last resident had long black hair, mine short blonde. Floors not swept or vacuumed. Rugs not vacuumed. Go look under master bed upstairs thilty, you can see as you walk up stairs. Cobwebs on upstairs side table. Fire your cleaning person!!! TV s very outdated and all sofas very uncomfortable. Beds were great!!!! Location great!!!! Beautiful place!!! Would def rent again if cleaned better. Also need a bread pan. Thank you

The cabin was very nice and there were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. We did have an issue with the fireplace. The burner for the fireplace was broke and we could not use it. Also, there was a smoke detector on the main level that the battery was out of it. The maintenance person who came was very friendly and nice and worked very hard to help us with this matter, but a new part was needed
and this was late on a Saturday and he could not fix it.

The view from the cabin was amazing. We really enjoyed using the swings and rockers on the decks. This is a nice cabin. However, it definitely needs more seating and another tv on the main floor would be nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as did the rest of the family. Our "little ones" cried when we left - they loved the deck that completely circled the cabin. We only had one complaint - the floors were really dirty. Youngsters feet and socks were black after playing on the floor for a few minutes. Other than that we were extremely pleased with our stay and look forward to coming back.

We were very pleased with the Cabin

Let me start by saying we really enjoyed our stay. There is a few things that we experienced, though. We had to catch two mice in the bottom floor of the cabin and dispose of them during our stay. We also got locked out due to a defective keypunch locking devise. The maintenance man did arrive in 15 minutes after we called the office so it wasn't that bad. Overall we had a nice time and we were able to see some snow on Saturday morning so the time there was special.

This cabin is absolutely GORGEOUS! True to the advertisement pictures, immaculate and simply the most awesome cabin we've ever stayed at. The only complaint in reference to our comfort was that the bed in the bedroom on the main level (next to the kitchen) has a huge whole in the center of the mattress which made it extremely uncomfortable for our guest. Also, beware of fraudulent callers as Cabins USA sells your private information on the internet. During our stay we received a phone call on the "house phone" of the cabin from some stranger who claimed he wanted to come and do an assessement of any home improvement needs we may have had during our stay at the cabin. He then proceeded to offer to come to my private home in my hometown. This stranger asked for me by my full name and when I asked him how did he get my information, he stated that he bought the information from Cabins USA off of the internet. (A Bit Creepy) BEWARE OF CONFIRMING ARRANGEMENTS OVER THE INTERNET WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD! I definately plan to stay there again, only I will make all reservations over the telephone from here on out.

We book Misty Morning and due to the Road we ask to be moved the girls (I wish I wrote there names down) were AWESOME. They ask us to please come back to the office we did when we got there the cabin she thought was Ok it wasnt where we wanted to be so she look for several cabins she found this cabin Apache sunset. It was beautiful and we love the space we had and still had some view of the mountains. My only request is for 6 adult guest we could use more chairs in the family room. The spa cover needs to be replace. A tv on the main floor bedroom would be nice also. I just can't say enough of how thankful we were for the girls in the office and how nice there were to get us into another cabin they believe in keeping the customer Happy and making us #1. We love Cabins USA and this is our 3rd time using your company and would use you again and recomend your company. Nice touch on the office calling the next day and asking if everything was OK...

Needs Wi-Fi and television on entry level bedroom...Overall it was great! Will come back again..

House was perfect for the 3 couples. Not sure if janitorial staff inform you of issues, but one bathroom's toilet was slow to flush and almost overflows when used. The dishwasher was broken and smelled to the high heavens if opened. The full walk-around deck was infested with Carpenter Bees and are doing great damage to the deck's structure. But we chose not to open the dishwasher, not to use the one toilet and didn't go out much on the deck. Therefore the cabin itself was very enjoyable, very convenient to Pigeon Forge (4 miles) and we'd definitely stay there again.

The cabin was wonderful. The only thing I would have any complaints about is that the pool table needs too be fixed. The pool sticks were not very good. Everything else was so great. I would recommend this cabin too anyone. My family will defiently be back in the future. Thank You

We have rented from another company for another company twice a year for 15 or more years!! And will surely rent from y'all again. Appreciated the call letting us add another night at a discounted rate. Never before have we received any other "special". Proves your customers are appreciated. Apache Sunset was a hit for our group. It was a beautiful cabin and the views were great. We didn't like how it wasn't a true 3 bedroom. One of the couples had to sleep in the basement where the bed is only in the corner, not its own room. Also, the kitchen needs some attention. It was impossible to cook meals due to lack of baking sheets, not enough silverware, and the oven had so much burnt on it our food didn't taste right after baking. Besides that we had a great time and loved how close the cabin was to town yet had its privacy. We highly recommend Cabins USA to all of our friends and will be staying with you guys again next year!

We always use cabins USA on our vacations to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area; four times now and the cabins are always nice. This one, in particular, was nice as well. I would definitely recommend this cabin to others. Although, adding a few things would make it more appealing. For example, internet access would have been nice, one of the bedrooms didn't have a television, and the television in the den area is an old box style TV. Other than those small things, the cabin was wonderful!!! The large propane barbecue grill came in handy and the style of the cabin is beautiful and very roomy. We enjoyed it.

We loved the cabin and location and for the most part had a wonderful time. We did have to call the office and have them send someone to fix the air daily (but it was fixed daily). We also had trouble with electrical several times, thank goodness we had people with us that knew about it. On the first night we almost lost all of our food because the fridge stopped working. We stayed up until 1am to wait on someone to come only to find out that the office told them they could come the next morning, when I told the employee on call we were going to lose food they sent someone out that night, however he had no idea what was wrong and just showed us where the manual was. We eventually fixed it on our own. The toilet also got clogeged daily. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. We have stayed at Cabins USA in the past and had no problems and loved our cabin, I think this one just needs more attention from the owners! Still we love Gatlinburg and will be back.

The Apache Sunset was lovely but they need to replace the mattress they are worn out...

The first night we arrived I called the office because the cabin did not have enough blankets. The girl said that no one had time to come out and we ended up going to Walmart and buying ourselves additional blankets. The cabin was in a residential area and the neighbor had dogs that seemed aggressive. That prevented us from walking or hiking with our kids around the cabin. The view around the cabin was of other residential houses, however, the mountains were pretty. A huge raccoon was on the deck constanly looking for garbage. The can lids were already chewed up and didn't fit tightly because of that. We had to figure out ways to pin the garbage under the grill to keep the raccoon from getting into it the trash.

Great people in the office. The cabin was nice.The best parts were the jacuzzi and the gas fireplace. Upstairs bedroom does not have much of privacy including the bathroom. The cabin could use some updating . Need secure garbage cans outside as every night we were visited by a raccoon an two cats. We will use cabins usa again.

Enjoyed our stay. The TV downstairs needs to be adjusted - the picture jumps which makes it very unpleasant to watch. Trash cans were not very secure. Something turned one over during the night and scattered trash on the deck. I would recommend Apache Sunset to others and will use Cabins USA again in the future.

Great cabin... We all loved it.. the bathroom upstairs needs to be more private.. definitely needs more chairs in living room/dining room.. pockets in pool table needs replacing.. just very minor stuff.. we loved it and would return...

This cabin was beautiful. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the mountains. I would definitely stay at this cabin again. I have used Cabins USA 3 times now when I have visited Pigeon Forge and have always been satisfied and enjoyed my stay.

We absolutely loved Apache Sunset and would most definitely stay there again. The cabin was very, very clean. We loved the porches, the hot tub, the beautiful interior of the cabin, the spaciousness, too many things to name! We weren't crazy about the couple of other junky houses being so close to the cabin, and one major thing we would change is that the cabin sleeps 10 but only has room for 6 people at the dining table. Even if you put people at the island in the kitchen to eat (which is really far from the dining area), there is still only room for 8 people to eat. There is plenty of room for a bigger dining table in the dining area, and we would suggest replacing the current table with one that seats 10. Also, the TV on the bottom floor turns on randomly by itself, sometimes several minutes after anyone has messed with it. Might need to check to make sure there's not a short in the wiring. Other than those small things, we really loved our stay in this cabin and hope to come back someday soon!

I had a wonderful experience with ABC cabins. The only upsetting situation was that it took us over two hours of standing in the pouring rain to finally get someone to come let us in the cabin. We called and called and the staff just kept telling us to try the same thing over and over with the key pad, even after telling them a hundred times it was not working. When the maintenance man finally got there the keypad was locked. Wished they would have just brought someone out there sooner because we missed two hours out of being in the cabin when it was paid for.

It was a beautiful cabin.Plenty of room for everyone.It was very clean.The kitchen needs more pots and pans,pot holders,utencils,esp. sharpe knifes to peel with.We had trouble getting the cabin heated and geting someone out to check it.Other than that,our stay was awesome.We all enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back.Thank you,Glenna Farlow.

Beautiful cabin. There was not a single chair in this 3 bedroom cabin. My sister-in -law and her husband always vacation with us in the mountains. There is no place for us to sit around and talk. For that alone I will not book again. Everything except the price and lack of chairs was good. Thanks. Billy Ray Bedsole

I have already recommended Apache Sunset to a few friends! We plan to stay there next year...Only drawback, wish it was pet friendly. We loved the place-it was quiet, but close to town and activities. Loved the 3 decks!! Could not ask for anything better!! It was a very easy check-in process as well.
