First the negative:
Code for door didn't work on arrival called gave key box code and used key to get in. Used the entire time.
Had to call to get WiFi password
Multiple lights out -sink,closet in queen bedroom, light over pool table
Smoke detector upstairs missing
Pinball machine and video game not working.
Cabin picture on website and cabin do not match cabin is now much more weathered.
Under bed and in windows had dead bugs and dust, bugs appeared to be from where unit had been sprayed.
Also found an Advil in the floor by the entrance door when arrived.

On the positive the guest services were positive and helped us get in immediately the bed and linens were clean and no signs of bugs or stains. The cabin was pretty much as described but pictures on the website must be from when the cabin was first built as it has weathered over time and the decors has changed somewhat, ie. now has bench table in kitchen as opposed to the round one in the pictures. Nothing that was a deal breaker and we swept the bugs and dust up ourselves and didn't worry about the games as we only played pool while there.
Hot tub was awesome and clean as was the garden tub. Location and view is pristine and easy access to all the activities pigeon forge has to offer.

Great view. Lots of new construction on road to cabin.

The last two years have not had a stopper to use in the bath tub if a person wanted to take a bath. This year I knew to bring one with me, but might help to have one in the cabin. Otherwise, we love "Altitude Adjustment"!

Couldn't have asked for a better cabin. View is stunning, prime location, even got to meet the neighbors who are home owners to give us advice on where to go, what to do, etc... Cabin was cozy, comfy, & perfect for the 2 of us. Only negative is that the hot tub was disgusting & looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. But after a quick call to maintenance there were 2 people there to fix it within an hour. They drained it, pressure washed it, and had it looking like brand new for us in no time. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and priceless memories!

There really needs to be a gate on the deck to help prevent the bears from walking up on it. Though it might not stop them it could deter them. You can't use the bottom deck as you don't know what's coming around the corner. And there's no privacy to the neighbors if you want to use the hot tub. Need something in the corner for privacy. Otherwise, the views were great and the road up wasn't bad.

This is our 3rd time of staying at this Altitude Adjustment cabin. Very good location and was very pleased with all.

Nice view of the mountains. We had a relaxing vacation and the cabin was very nice.

Booking, check in and check out were easy and the view was breathtaking. Easy to get to. We didn't have power one night because of a storm and because of that we didn't have water so that was challenging for a bit. Cabin basics are clean but under beds and corners could use a deep clean. Good experience and would book again.

Only real complaint is that the pinball machine does not work but I knew that from other reviews. We did have an up close encounter with a bear. So be careful.

Kitchen is not stocked with very much. Alot was needed to cook any meals. Pans were brunt and hard to cook with. Gas grill had a leak so it couldn't be used. Beds were very hard and you fall to the middle of bed. The road coming to the cabin was a MESS!! All the construction on the road and all the materials laying in the road made it hard to get up to.

Beautiful Mountain Views. 10 minute drive to town, 30 minutes to Gatlinburg with traffic. Perfect location, nice and quiet. Plenty of room for family of four. The pinball machine doesn't work at all but my kids got over that quickly. They loved the pool table and the arcade game once we got it figured out. The large porch and outdoor fireplace were awesome. Hot tub was big and heated up quickly. The living room tv got lots of channels. The downstairs bedroom tv only got a few channels so my kids ended up sleeping in the living room which wasn't a big deal for us. The unit was very clean and very nice, will definitely stay here again if we vacation in Pigeon Forge in the future. We did see some wildlife including 2 bears driving up to this unit, so that was super cool!

Would suggest some new mattress.

The cabin that we stayed in had a great view. It was in good physical condition. Nice layout, and fairly privet. Some of the amenities that could be improved on. Coffee maker NO FILTERS OR COFFEE. The king bed is EXTRA EXTRA FIRM. The queen bed is FIRM AND YOU ROLL TO THE CENTER. The pinball machine would be fun if it worked as it should. The hot tube is nice but could use a cleaning. The jet tub did not work when we got there BUT we stopped in to the Cabins USA to let them know and they had it working before we returned for the day. All in all the cabin was nice the sleeping accommodations only get 3 stars. Will I stay with Cabins USA again.... Yes! Will I stay at this cabin again..... NO, unless the beds are different.

This was an amazing cabin and it was perfect for our family of three. The view was breathtaking. It was so peaceful and relaxing to come home to after a busy day in town. We will definitely be coming back to that cabin in the future.

P.S. These things in no way affected our stay in any way. Our stay was still a 10 out of 10. That's why we didn't call. We left a note for the cleaning staff to tell maintenance. The deck light on the back side of the cabin was burnt out. The right faucet in the downstairs bathroom drips. Lastly, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom doesn't work (the light does). We tried the switch and the chain. Neither worked. All non important things in our world. Just wanted you to know for the next renters.

Cute unit. As described. Response to hot tub issue was handled rapidly. Disappointed that we had to look at a substantial amount of garbage in the woods beside the house.

Very comfortable mattress on the upstairs bed. Beautiful view of the mountains from the back porch. Conveniently located as we have found shortcuts to and from Pigeon Forge. Nice spacious cabin.

Beautiful view! We had a bear on the porch shortly after checking in! The cabin inside was clean, however their was a towel on the porch when we arrived. There was also several beer cans and solo cups on the ground in the back. We could have used more toilet paper. Only one roll was in one bathroom and there were no other rolls that we could find. TV's definitely need to be updated, but we were not there to watch tv so didn't matter to us. We enjoyed the games and hot tub. Overall, a great place to stay!

The cabin is beautiful. Nice view. Spacious for just us 2. Didn't really need to bring anything, gaming area nice touch. Outside of the cleaning someone should definitely come spray and clean the outside of the cabin every now and then kind of dusty rust outside chair stained a dress of mine. It was our honey moon might want to get a privacy screen or bars put between the jacuzzi on the deck as the neighbors from the house next door are basics right on the patio if they are outside or even in the drive way of their home (even though on the map it shows the cabins being separated by a wooded area like NOT directly next door)The jacuzzi outside was dirty had dirt sitting at the bottom and filters/parts of the tub floating around. Our spa tub upstairs DID NOT work at all. The tvs in the bedrooms did not work maintenance did try to fix them though we ended up having to go to a dollar store to get DVDs.

The views were amazing!! When calling on any issues the office was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed the area but wasn't expecting all the construction going on in that area. Kind of ruined the theme of just enjoying the out doors with saws and hammers all day and into the evening. The cabin was nice and cozy. We had a good experience. Thank you.

We loved this cabin, however the Pinball machine was not working, the ceiling fan in the bedroom upstairs did not work, the tv in the livingroom area needs to be replaced and the remote did not work for the tv in the first bedroom and could only watch 1 channel. Although, these things were wrong we will for sure book this cabin again. Just needs a little care. View of the mountains are great off of the patio. The hot tube worked great just maybe make a little more private since they are building a cabin next door. Again well worth the stay even with the little things wrong.

Very beautiful place, nice and quiet.

The only problem we had with this rental was the TV in the living room it is old and out dated, the screen has black lines in the middle of the screen, other than the TV issue, this cabin is a 10+ we will definitely rent it again.

Cabin was beautiful,view was excellent.Staff was very good and helpful.T.V. in the living room very outdated and the picture quality was terrible.Could use more kitchen utensils,overall very good and would probably stay again.

Property is dated but nice. Gorgeous views. Furniture was ok, beds were comfortable.. but.. there is a ladybug problem upstairs and housekeeping is not cleaning them. The closet was full of dead ladybugs and we had to sweep the floor a few times. Otherwise the cabin was clean. As for the kitchen, there is a need for a new set of pots and pans, baking pans, cooking utensils and silverware. The electric can opener does not work. The hot tub was nice. On the outside of the cabin there is a hole in the wall upstairs. If these items are fixed we will stay here again, beautiful sunrises.

The best cabin I've been in by far. Will be booking the same cabin again for many years to come.

Lovely cabin with beautiful views! We took advantage of the game room, grill, and especially the hot tub. We had a great time and highly recommend!

The cabin was great the only problem I had was the construction going on at the cabin next door no privacy the whole weekend got woken up early Saturday morning and Sunday morning other than that I it was nice

Housekeeper needs to clean better! We had no lights outside the cabin! Comforter was dirty! Couldn't get but one tv channel in the upstairs room! Tv in the living room color was going in & out

The cabin was beautiful, cozy, and wonderful views. I would 100% give this cabin 5 stars, but the coffee maker and microwave did not work. Although we didn't watch much TV, it would have been nice to watch if we wanted to. The TV in the main room only received a few channels and the one in the upstairs bedroom wouldn't work at all. We requested another coffee maker, but it was never brought to us and the microwave wasn't looked at as promised.

Noting the Coffee Maker did not work so had to improvise on making coffee each morning.
I think this was the same as before when we stayed as this is second time staying at this location, television in bedroom upstairs did not work, only TV in bathroom.

Also not sure the doorknob on front door where key lock is the doorknob was not working so door was having to be locked when we were there.

Otherwise we thoroughly enjoy the location of this cabin.

This is a lovely cabin. Very comfortable, clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't check the hot tub upon arriving, so when we went to get into it the breaker was thrown and the tub wouldn't work. But the maintenance man came out the next morning and flipped the switch and we were enjoying it that evening. The only other thing I didn't enjoy was the television in the living room had black shadowy lines on the screen, and the satellite package leaves a lot to be desired. I am an over planner so I anticipate the television not working and brought some DVD's but the player would not work so our television viewing was limited. I wasn't planning on watching much television there anyway, but I do like to unwind before I go to bed, so that was a little disappointing. But this cabin is worth the money. The view is phenomenal! Enjoy.

Cabin was really clean! Everything was great. I do suggest bringing an AWD vehicle because you do go up the mountain in order to get to the cabin. The only thing is the TV's are very outdated. That is really all that needs to be fixed and this would be a 10/10 for me. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back next year.

The televisions, the cable the Internet all that sucks none of the TVs was working in each room other than that the cabin was great.

Loved the cabins look and location. It accommodated us very well. The view is outstanding! Only concerns were those mentioned in previous reviews: The main TV needs replacing asap. It is a older model and the picture quality is poor and while watching several black lines appear and cover a good portion of the screen. They offer basic tv channels, so viewing is limited and you could not watch tv in either on the 2 bedrooms. The plumbing was a issue with water not draining in the upstairs sink area and the downstairs toilet would not flush properly. I reported this and the office sent maintenance out. It improved but the upstairs sink issue started back the next day and the bedroom tv's still did not work.
If these concerns are corrected I would like to return to this cabin and would highly recommend this cabin for consideration.

Great cozy cabin!!!! Overall the cabin is amazing, but I would agree with previous reviews concerning the outdated television in living room area it definitely show a poor quality picture. We endured an influx of lady bugs in the upstairs bedroom and couldn't figure out where they were coming from, but other than having to sweep often and get off the bed we survived. My family used CabinUSA every year and will continue due to the extraordinary service.

Our favorite cabin! This is our 8th year going to Pigeon Forge and we fell in love with this cabin. As a family of 4 it was perfect, we spent the day playing in the game room and nights in the hot tub relaxing. You are only 15ish min from the parkway, the roads are Nicely paved going up the mountain. Best thing the drive was flat!! Our only down falls, the coffee pot was broke and we love drinking coffee on the porch in the morning. I made them aware but it was never replaced. Also during the day there is no privacy, they are building a new cabin right beside this one. We plan on booking this one again next year!

Everything was great except the lady bugs were everywhere and in and on Everything in the cabin there were even some in my luggage when i got home.

My fiancée and I enjoyed this property very much! The view was the best part. We spent 95 percent of our time on the porch. Because of COVID and this was our first vacation together, we only left the cabin for food. I would complain about the TVs or games upstairs but our biggest concerns were the dirty jacuzzi and the chairs outside. The jacuzzi was nasty and the chairs were not only uncomfortable, but the height of the porch railing made it difficult to see out. We ended up buying our own chairs because we loved sitting outside. I believe anyone who wants to get away and really enjoy God's creation should look into this cabin. We've been looking into reserving this place again!

I would love to stay here again. The bed was comfortable. It was private and had a very good view of the mountains. The wrap-around deck was awesome. The value was good for the cabin that we rented. Although we were delayed in getting in our cabin it was clean. And the amenities were awesome. Would recommend this cabin to others

Was very impressed with this cabin and the location. Great mountain views. Would recommend this cabin to anyone.

First off we loved the view! The cabin was so nice! The kitchen table is gorgeous!! Only thing I would change is the chairs on the porch. They aren't very comfortable. Another thing I will mention is that it appears that there is going to be some construction next door. We would definitely rent this property again.

Altitude Adjustment was exactly what my family needed! The view is breathtaking, the cabin is the perfect size and we enjoyed spending the evenings in the hot tub! It was so nice to be away from the hustle and bustle, but also a close enough drive to not feel too far away. One downside was the game upstairs wasn't working. Other than that, we had the best time and we will definitely be back!

The overall cabin was nice and clean. But, the main TV is very out dated with bad picture quality and the game did not work in the gameroom. The king bed mattress was uneven. And last but not least, we were unable to sit on the porch or even on the balcony because of the bees. There was a lot of bees on all sides of the cabin.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I recommend is more plates,coffee cups and flatware. Maybe another set. Other than that, it was great. Beautiful view, comfortable and relaxing, great amenities and jacuzzi!

Cabin was nice. It’s appliances need some upkeep though. For example, the kitchen faucets were installed backwards, the oven was wobbling, the TV in the main room was dated and showed signs of it. The hot tube was dirty and needed a service call. Other then that, it was a good weekend and enjoyed our stay.

The cabin Altitude Adjustment made our Smokey Mountain vacation perfect! Why would anyone stay in a chain hotel when you can experience Mountain Views from the hot tub on your own porch? We WILL return!

We loved this cabin so much that we have already booked it for next year. The 1st night it was so windy that the cover to the hot tub blew off and the tub got dirty. We called cabins USA and they immediately came out to clean it. The location and view was absolutely perfect. However we did have a couple of issues. The living room tv and DVR need to be upgraded bad. The tv had a very poor picture quality and the DVR didn't work at all. The cabin was badly infested with some sort of Beatles. We actually bought a broom to sweep them every night. This wasn't too big of an issue but would love to not see them when we return to this cabin next year

Everything was great with one flaw. The king size bed upstairs had dirty sheets on the bed.. At first I thought it was just fuzz but after carefully looking closer there was hair and crumbs. Other than that it was a great cabin and I would rent again..

Great location! Perfect place (back deck) to watch fireworks on 4th of July as well as fireworks at Dollywood. We enjoyed our stay here. It could use a little more cleaning but is tolerable.
Directions that Cabin USA provide to get to the cabin are easy to follow. GPS takes you through a lot of curvy roads which are nice to see but a little scary.

Great cabin with awesome view. Check-in was easy but wish we could have gotten in earlier than 4 but we did do some site seeing. location was easy to find with directions from office. Quiet and peaceful. The wife and I had an awesome anniversary stay. The only thing she had a problem with was the 4 inch scorpion I found in the bathroom the second morning we were there. Other than that we will be back. Thanks.

Some hot tub jets need repair and second floor toilet seat is cracked. Everything else was great!!
Really liked the entire electronic process of booking/messages/checkout!!

The view is amazing, the hot tub needed to be cleaned there was algae in it so we didn't use it. Also the cabin has bees burroughing into the frame so we didn't sit outside until sunset when the bees went away. I would be ok with one or two bees but there was over 50 of them and I had 2 small children with me. I called the front desk to ask them to spray or something to help but they never came out. The beds were super worn and a decent night sleep was hard to get.

We had a fantastic time. The cabin was just perfect for the four of us. The view was amazing. I really had no complaints other than the hot tub was filthy. Our kids were very excited to use the hot tub while we were there we got in and realized it was completely slimy inside. The cleaner was also not clean. It’s apparent that it had not been cleaned in quite a while. It was something that we do not have at home so it was something that they were looking forward to. We are definitely looking forward to coming back and visiting again soon.

This is our sixth cabin we rented from cabins USA and it was one of our favorites. You can tell the owners take good care of it. We can’t wait to come back.

Property was great,view was amazing,check-in/out process was great. Only issue is just with cleanliness of proerty as there was trash in the yard upon our arrival amd lots of lady bugs. Would not stop us from renting the cabin again, it was great.

Upon check-in the process was very quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However getting to the cabin we found that the cabin had not been cleaned. We had to contact the main office and was hold for quite some time to get an answer from someone. They had to dispatch someone to come to clean the cabin which was about 2 hrs delay from the time we were able to actually supposed to get into the cabin. The cabin was cleaned, however I'm not sure with the climate but it had the small lady bugs everywhere.

Felt Like a piece of Heaven!

Booking was a breeze. Pricing and value, very fair. Location: Was breath taking, but would recommend an all wheel drive, or better 4 x 4. We drove a 4 cl GMC Terrain. It did great, but there are several steep inclines, climbing the mountain until you reach the Shangri-La. Definitely do not attempt without a 4x4 in snow or icy conditions...
The views are incredible! I didn't want to leave the cabin to go into town to shop and view shows lol... I could go on and on. The morning sunrise is breath taking, and watching the clouds pass through the mountain tops. Wow! No wonder they're called the smoky mountains. This was such a blessing to behold and capture via video.
The cabin is beautiful inside and out. The owners have taken great care of the up keep as well. The outside of the cabin had recently been re-stained and treated, so it looked brand-new outside... Just beautiful! :) The inside: Very tastefully decorated. Real granite counter top (kitchen). Solid wood from ceiling to floor every where. All authentic log furniture! We especially appreciated the hand crafted dining table with very detailed carvings of the smoky mountain black bears. Just gorgeous!
I loved the jacuzzi in the Master, and the hot tub on the deck. My husband and I enjoyed this little gem so much! Our girls enjoyed the video gaming and pool multiple times. This Shangri- la is roughly 1400+ square feet, so 4 adults were quite comfortable. Two full baths.. The only thing I really noticed was they have a lot of lady bugs, but we have them too in IL very badly at times. I'm used to it, so it didn't bother me at all... Other than that, the mattresses could be replaced. A bit hard to sleep on. (both mattresses were very used, but very clean.... We did sleep :) ) Another bonus that we really adored was the double sided fire place. We used it all throughout our stay. Was just like a dream come true to be blessed to sit out on the deck in a rocking chair, warming by the fire, drinking coffee, and beholding the beauty of God's creation! Again, I could go on and on about this. :)

Staff: The staff were very professional, as well as warm and personable. I made new freinds with the receptionists first thing. They made us feel right at home, and were very hospitable. It meant so much after a long drive. :) :) :) :)


Follow the directions to the cabin that they give you. Don't rely upon GPS as they will tell you. It may get you lost. We followed the directions and still got a little lost the first time, but it was almost dark, and in the mountains even with your brights on, it's still pretty dark... But, we made it safely every time. :)

Only low scores for cleanliness and comfort . Had to sweep for first two hours due to dead and alive ladybugs on both floors . Had called prior to check in concerned with other reviews of Floors being dirty due to we have toddler on the floor constantly . I was assured a note to cleaning would be sent . Called the main office and was offered a service person to come out and clean but I cleaned myself so I could set my child down . Next 3 days still had to sweep up bugs . In beds and tubs as well . Also mattress worn out . Besides that beautiful cabin .

This cabin has the most incredible view that I have found from a cabin in the Smokies! It was breath-taking when we were there. Because of this, the road in and out of the cabin is a little bit of a winding drive, but as long as you go into your journey expecting this and trusting your GPS I promise you will be thrilled when you get there! The jacuzzi has the best view and it was very relaxing and the hot tub in the bathroom upstairs has a TV hanging above it which was just an added bonus. Overall we really enjoyed our time here. My husband and father really enjoyed the pool table and I enjoyed the view while watching them play pool. You have to wake up to watch the sunrise at least once! The cabin is in the perfect location for this.

The only issue that we ran into is that the cabin itself could stand to be cleaned a little bit better for incoming guests. The floor felt sticky to walk on and left dirt on our feet if we walked anywhere barefoot inside. It’s not a huge issue and definitely not a deal breaker for this beautiful cabin, but it does effect the comfort level. The bottom line is: take socks to wear inside, but DEFINITELY stay here.

The cabin was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend for the cabin to be sprayed for bugs. While there last week, there were numerous small bugs inside and one evening a scorpion walked across the living room floor. Overall, in our 3 times of coming to the smoky mountains, this experience with the cabin rental was the worst of the 3. The reason I say this is due to the inaccuracies in the website booking procedure. When I clicked on the link that said stay 4 nights, get the 5th night free; I expected that the cabins that I was looking at were under this promotion. I was told at check-in that this is not the case for this particular cabin. It felt like false advertising or possibly just an error with the site, but still cost us $111.00 more than we thought it would.

My wife and I have stayed at Cabins USA before. We usually try to stay in a different cabin each time we come to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The staff is always very helpful . My wife and I are both retired so we are spur-of-the-moment people so we always do the walk in without a reservation and they have always been able to get us in a great cabin a great price. We have stayed at other cabin and Chalet companies in the Smokies but once you stay at Cabins USA you will not go anywhere else.

My wife and I and toddler stayed 5-nights at this location and were very happy. "Altitude Adjustment" is a well-maintained cabin... If you're not exactly clear on how to operate security alert systems, instructions are not included in the Check-In documentation, so you may need to call the office for clarification. It's fairly self-explanatory, but we needed the clarification, ourselves. It was a very minor inconvenience and aside from that, we had a comfortable stay here. The location is very close to Pigeon Forge, a short drive to Gatlinburg and the park (which we visited each a few times) and owns a seclusion not found with other cabins. The mountain views are wonderful from the rear bi-level deck, as well!

Beautiful view but the cabin was not clean, after going barefoot our feet turned black, do the floors ever get cleaned? The beds were wore down, I guess they never get flipped or rotated since indentions were in the mattresses. Called about the ice maker being frozen and broke but no one ever showed up, so having an ice maker that worked would have been nice. Also the hot tub had brown spots in it, I guess that never gets cleaned neither. Just seemed like the cabin was ran down and not being very well maintained. Other than that we had a great time, just expected more cleanliness when paying that kind of money.

Great View,pictures above are exact setup,you are not directly on top or in view of anyone while you're actually in and at the cabin,beautiful details in the porch and areas of the wood in the cabin,we had an issue with the water running out and pressure,but Cabins usa were friendly and sent someone right out even contacted the owner and they came out to resolve it,it was a tricky situation that was tough to catch and not necessarily preventable,a breaker switch on the well pump(don't quote me I'm the wife lol)would shut off after so long and unless we used a certain amount of water when they were actually there you couldn't see what was happening,everything would seem and work fine,we worked with no problem with cabins usa and the owner which we were shocked and thankful even took time and showed up to care,they tried their best not to disturb us or have to come in & were very understanding, nothing major ,once it was found, it was fixed ASAP/almost immediately.....our advice, be nice and understanding and they really will try to make everything 100%,things happen sometimes & we understood & worked together with them & it went so much quicker and easier,cabins usa and the owner earned a high respect for all their efforts & fixing the problem.The cabin is beautiful!

One of the most amazing views you can get. Everything was perfect and if you like privacy this is it. Great experience all around. Would love to stay in this cabin again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Altitude Adjustment. It wasn't the nicest cabin we've stayed at but definetly wasn't the worst either. It was rather tricky to find, but thankfully GPS helped us find it again each time we went into town. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, game table and pinball machine. But, unfortunetly have many complaints about the cabin. It definetly could of been cleaned better. And, I would suggest that CabinsUSA occasionally check the cleaners work. The floors could of been cleaned better, there was stuff not swept up in several places. It needs the bugs and webs cleaned out of windows. Also, In the main bathroom one of the mirrors still had toothpaste slatters on it from not being cleaned properly. And then the mattresses really need to be replaced on both beds, but at least the upstairs mattress wasn't near as bad as the downstairs mattress. Also, it would be helpful if there were directions left for the cabin's guests on how to use the hot tub jets and on the t.v. remotes. The first time we used the hot tub we couldn't get most of the jets to work. So, next day we called maintenance to come out and look at them and within a few hours a guy came out named JD and he was awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly showed us how to get all the jets to work properly. If there had been directions for the hot tub we wouldn't have had to bother him to come out. Also, one of the reasons we rented that cabin was it has a fireplace in living room that goes through to the patio. But, unfortunetly the gas to it had already been turned off for the season. Although, we could of used it as it snowed the first whole day we were there and was quite chilly a couple other days and would of been great to of been able to use it. But, we did enjoy our time there and will definetly be back to rent another cabin next year. We'll just plan to go earlier so we can have access to an outside fireplace!

This was our 3rd time booking with cabinsUSA and we were yet again extremely pleased with the whole process and the cabin itself. We love the ease of the express check in and check out process. And the cabin was so nice and very clean. We had a great vacation, and we highly recommend booking with cabinsUSA and we recommend this cabin.

We enjoyed our stay so much... Altitude adjustment was one of my favorite properties I have stayed at. The location was Super, the View was Beautiful. The cabin was clean and comfortable, the bed was Super comfortable. This was my boyfriends first time in TN, and he was Amazed, I couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to stay.

We absolutely love this cabin!!! Just far enough from town to be peaceful and quiet, but close enough to everything to be in the middle of it all!!! We enjoyed both, peaceful rest during the days, with shows and dinner at night!!! This was our second time renting this cabin through Kimble/Cabins USA, and hope to return soon!!!
Water quality/quantity, is wonderful, which we found in years past to be hard to find. Both bedrooms with plenty of closet space, an spacious rooms through out. Kitchen well stocked, full size stove and fridge, makes having a meal in simple.

Loved the cabin, the view was amazing! My only 2 negatives were the double sided fire place was not working, and the lady bug problem was very serious, didn't seem like the cabin had been vacuumed or swept, but overall we had a blast and the cabin is a must stay property.

This was my first visit to Tennessee. The view from our cabin was breath taking. It was a little scary going up the mountain to the cabin, however I am afraid of heights. The cabin was very clean and cozy. We will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic views and well kept. Only thing we didn't care for were all the ladybugs that somehow got in.

Amazing mountain views!! Really wanted a good view this year, so I picked this cabin and was not disappointed. It is a little strange that there is no shower in the upstairs bedroom, but was able to share the downstairs shower. The drive to the cabin is not bad at all. Just a couple of things that need to be addressed though.....no stopper for the kitchen sink (makes it hard to wash dishes), only 2 plates and 4 forks (we only had 2 people but need more dishes), need a pair of kitchen shears and the biggest item needed is potholders. Was able to get our dinner out of the oven without burning myself by using a dish towel but really need a couple of potholders. Even with these small issues, I would definitely recommend this cabin. You cannot beat the view!

The cabin is beautiful! Wonderful view! The drive is a little scary, it's best to take your time. There were no skillets and minimal silverware and dishes. We also fought with stink bugs the entire stay. They were all over the cabin. A couple of the porch lights didn't work also. If they did, we couldn't figure out how to turn them on. Also, the cabin alarm is difficult to work with. I set it off accidentally trying to turn it off. My kids were scared to death! I mostly kept it off so I didn't set it off again.

This was our first family vacation to the mountains and it was absolutely amazing!!!! The view was the best ever!!!! When we arrived we tried to go ahead and get the hot tub ready because we have never been in one before but unfortunately it was broken. Cabinsusa called me immediately after they found out by the groundskeeper and offered to move us to a different cabin.( we had decided not to do so because we were only there for 1 night) I thought that was very professional of them to offer that to us. We will definitely be booking again next year.

Me and my family absolutely loved this property . We went at end of September , beginning of October , so the weather was great !!! Not quite cold enough for fire place or jacuzzi but the view was awesome !! Would definitely recommend this property .

Cabin was nice but looked like it had not been cleaned very well. Looks like may have set for while. Cob webs throughout and flys on window sills. Could have had more plates and forks. Couple of outside lights not working.

We loved the cabin and location. There were some minor issues that should have been addressed before our arrival. The upstairs toilet would not fill up with water if flushed, the Jacuzzi tub dripped the whole time we were there. We did not get use of the toilet or the tub upstairs. We had to share downstairs bathroom with other couple. Took a while for the 4 of us to take showers. Some of the pool sticks were broken or had no tips. Three of the jets on the hot tub on deck did not work and some of the lights were burned out. Light bulbs were burnt out on the deck porch lights. Mattresses on both beds needed replacing. Other than those issues, we had a nice visit. The view was beautiful!

We loved the cabin "Altitude Adjustment", the view was amazing, Cabin was clean, well stocked and organized. Check in/out was a breeze. For potential guest know this, you'll have to turn the refrigerator down, bring a cue if you plan on using the pool table and don't walk onto the upper deck without shoes or sandles or you WILL get a splinter in your foot. We will be back!

We had a group of 4 adults and we all were able to fit comfortably. This was our first trip to the smokey mtns and we searched for 2 months between dozen of cabin rental places and always ended up back on Cabins USA''s website. The cabin was very clean and beautifully set up. The views are amazing!! We could even see the fireworks on July 4th from the deck. We sat for hours on the rocking chairs just looking at the mountains. It was very peaceful and you don't have neighbors right on top of you. The people who own the cabin across the Rd were super friendly and very helpful about local attractions. We had a problem trying to access the WiFi and Cabins USA staff was super helpful and got it fixed right away. The thing that would have made it a little better was a shower in the master bath, there is only the jacuzzi tub. We also didn't have a trash can in the master bath which I found odd. Since this was our first time renting thru them we were not sure about the check in process the young lady who checked us in was super friendly but i had to stop and ask her questions about everything she was not very good about explaing the process and what information she needed. It would have been helpful to have the address to the cabin along with a print out of the steps we did have a hard time finding it in the dark. However I would definitely recommend this cabin and Cabins USA to anyone! Very good value for the money.

This cabin was so awesome clean and location was just prefect at night we could see the fireworks from Dollywood from the back deck and it was just awesome to see that this is now our second best cabin at Cabins USA and can’t wait to stay again we will be back a few more times before the end of the year

This was our first experience renting a cabin and it was the ABSOLUTE BEST!! The view is spectacular, the cabin was so beautiful, clean, the hot tub was the best and it was more than I imagined! This is our new getaway and we had the best time ever on this vacation! You will NOT be disappointed!!! Thanks CabinUSA!!!

Very Nice cabin very good view and great sounds. It rained several of the days but that was just fine. Sitting on the large deck and listening to the rain in the woods and on the roof while watching the clouds roll through the mountains was just what I needed.

We loved the cabin and views were great. It was a very clean cabin. The leather couch was cracked and wore out just needing to be replaced. But over all beautiful and clean cabin and we loved our stay.

Loved the cabin, view and location. Hope to stay there again.

It was our first time using Cabins USA and it won't be the last. We had a great stay. The cabin was awesome and had the best view. The jacuzzi and hot tub were Very relaxing. Only complaint we had was the thermostat wouldn't go below 69 on AC and so the upstairs stayed warmer than our liking. It was a great getaway and the staff was very nice. Highly recommend this rental. We've stayed in several cabins over the years and this is definitely one of our faves.

Very private and nice place to watch the sunrise. As stated the beds could be upgraded but they were still fine. Nice and clean and had everything I need for the stay. Have already recommended both this cabin and Cabins USA to several people. I have stayed at 20 to 30 cabins in the area and this one was in the top five.

While we enjoyed our lovely view and the wonderful property at our stay at "Altitude Adjustment," we did not sleep well at all due to the condition of the unit's mattresses. We would like to come back, but only if you replace these.

Wonderful view of the mountains, beautiful cabin, pool table and hot tub were awesome, my only complaint is the mattress of the queen bed. It needs to be replaced as it doesn't offer much support. Other than that, this was our favorite cabin we've ever stayed in. We will definitely be returning here. Great value!

There were to many stink bugs, a arcade machine shown in pictures of the cabin wasn't there, batteries in door lock went dead and we were locked out twice for a total of about 1-1/2 hrs. The cabin itself was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and the view was spectacular! We had a great time and would consider staying in Altitude Adjustment in future visits.

I rented this cabin for a family vacation. This is the second time we used cabins USA. The first experience was awesome though we kept it low budget. This time we spend a lot more for a better cabin. My kids wanted one with a game room. In the picture it showed two arcade games and pool table. When we got there one was gone and the pinball machine didn't work. So right away kids where bummed. Went to try to hookup the wifi for the tablets and surprise no wifi either. So being later in the evening one off the kids wanted to take a bath in jacuzzi. I started to run the water and it came out black with a bunch of sedament so I called office and they sent someone out. The guy that came was really nice but it was about 3 hours later when everyone was ready to go to bed. He also could not fix any problems but the water. So after quite a few issues I really only feel like I got about half of my moneys worth. The cabin that we got that was a lot cheaper have no issues the view was better in the upgraded cabin and it was a little more private but I would probably have rather pay less money cause it did have wifi and all the same amenities. Not sure we will use cabins USA again but it's at least worth one good trip just don't spend to much when u can get same amenities in a cheaper cabin

We enjoyed our stay. I do have a couple of complaints. Both bed matresses were HORRIBLE! I had read this on the review before I booked but thought that the owner would have replaced them before we were scheduled to stay there. And in the upstairs bathtub/jacuzzi it was very dusty around the corners with a couple of small dead (small) spiders. We have stayed with Cabins usa many times and will definitely stay again

We truly enjoyed our stay at Altitude Adjustment. The view is spectacular, the hot tub was wonderful and relaxing after a long day of exploring the Smokey Mts and the cabin was very cozy. The only issues we had were the the floors which were very dirty...seemed they had not been mopped in a very long time because our first day there we noticed that after a few hours the bottom of our feet were black. Other than that the cabin was clean. The beds could use some updating, mattresses were not very supportive or comfortable. Overall we would stay at this cabin again, had a great week!

Our family loved the property and cabin. The location was easy to find and only fifteen or twenty minutes from the main drag through Pigeon Forge. It is a very private and quiet retreat in the mountains. The view of the mountains were picturesque from the wrap around porch. The master bedroom and bathroom upstairs had a few isssues that my wife was not pleased with. The mattress was not very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub jets released dirt and particles into the water. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Altitude Adjustment and would recommend this cabin as a home away from home to others.

Love love love this cabin! it was perfect. Very private, quiet and very easy to find with GPS! Loved every 6 days we were there!!

The beds were very uncomfortable. There was no Wi-Fi and I needed to do some work, but couldn't. That was partially our fault. We will be sure there is Wi-Fi next time. The wood bees & wasps were bad and limited our enjoyment of sitting on the deck. The faucets were dripping all the time and the tub upstairs was worse than all the others. We came home one evening to find a scorpion in the sink. We've been coming to Tennessee for several years and were unaware that there were scorpions in this area. Our experience with scorpions were from Texas, so we thought they were poisonous. The staff were extremely nice and helped in every way possible. It might be helpful if the text checkout gave a response so we know for sure the checkout was recorded. Thank you

The beds really need 2 be replaced. The king bed has a huge sag going across the middle of the bed width wise.

We stayed at Altitude Adjustment for our one year anniversary. We loved it and plan on staying there on our next trip.

There was some dirty dishes in cabinet. But other than that clean. Was remote but that's what we wanted. Need 4 x 4 if bad weather definitely steep hills to get there. Great views of mts. Beds comfortable. Maintenance guy shows up after been there 10 min scared us to death. Warning would have been nice also his safety if dark would have had gun in his face. Will stay with again.

This was my fourth time using Cabins USA for a cabin rental and overall we were satisfied with the property. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and very private. The accommodations and overall comfort were very pleasing. However, our only complaint was that I'm not sure the cabin had been cleaned or used recently. I say this because it was very dusty and I actually spent about 30 minutes our first night vacuuming up a lot of dead ladybugs and stink bugs. They were located everywhere from behind the bed to on all of the windowsills. So I'm not sure if it was from poor cleaning or not being used in a while. But overall the property is beautiful from the views, the hot tub, the indoor to outdoor fireplace, as well as the large Jacuzzi tub with tv. We would definitely stay here again given it was cleaned properly.

We enjoyed our stay at Altitude Adjustment. The cabin and view was beautiful. The fireplace and hot tub were amazing. You can see the view while in the hot tub or sitting by the fireplace outside and it is very relaxing. I will definitely recommend Cabins USA and this cabin to friends and family. The only thing that bothered me was the upstairs jacuzzi bathtub. The jets were very dirty and when we turned them on, they blew out what looked to be green mold. They just need a good cleaning with bleach. Also, the TV in the same bathroom was very staticky. You could barely see the picture or hear what they were saying. Other than that, the cabin was beautiful and I would stay there again. Cabins USA is the best and we will continue to stay with them.

Dishes were left unwashed in dishwasher. Could use some blankets or throws for the couches. Overall great stay. Gorgeous view!!
