This was absolutely affordable! The view literally is a LASTING IMPRESSION. This was our FIRST family trip to the mountains. We are very much excited for our next family trip! HIGHLY recommend THIS cabin a million times over. The view was magnificent. I could spend days just sitting on any of the decks just looking at the view. This is perfection.

The views were spectacular. Leaves were changing making the views even better. It was very peaceful sitting on any of the decks enjoying your morning coffee and watching the sun rise. Had plenty of room for everyone in our group. The toaster didn't work and the light on the porch by the main door was burn out. The 2.9 mile drive up and down the mountain made you nervous when there was on coming traffic. Would definitely stay at this cabin again.

Beautiful place, close but far enough from the strip. The spa has an oily film on top of it. Used it once but left a film over you and clothes but the house has inside tub jacuzzi. Pool table is awesome and some tvs already had streaming apps available. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. Had a bear come up and say on the porch for about 30 to 45 mins. Wish we knew about the extra trash pick up during the visit and the wifi password wrote down. Hard to put up baby gates up so if you have little ones be careful because the stairs are steep! Just little things. I would 100% rent this cabin again!.!

Beautiful views, amazing sunrises. We were very happy with the accommodations.

Cons: You should let people know the best way to navigate the driveway especially if they've never driven in the Rockies. Cabin is a bit older than most and could use some updating. They had to come back and clean the floors and they did the next day.

This is the property to book if you want a spectacular view.
I personally would prefer to have a crockpot or something similar to cook meals while hiking. The drive is a little winding but not too bad.

Overall this was an exceptional cabin! The view was amazing, and plenty of room for everyone. The driveway was a little difficult but nothing we couldn't handle. Some minor inconveniences like no ball for the football table, and some plumbing issues.

Lasting Impressions had a fantastic view. The layout of the cabin was great with the game room on the bottom floor. Totally clean. We have been coming to the Smokies for 35 years and renting different cabins from Cabins U S A and this was one of their best so far. Very Private also. John V and Patti Ledford.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin in October. The only improvement I can offer is please fix or replace the hot tub! The jets do not work and hot tubs are a big selling point on booking a cabin. It was honestly a bit of a letdown.

the location was absolutely incredible with one of the best view on the mountain. the cabin was warm and comfortable. the only trouble was with the driveway was difficult and some of the tubs had issues (jacuzzi's didn't work). that aside our stay was immaculate and I do hope to get another chance to stay at "Lasting Impression" again. Thank you

Lasting Impression cabin was beautiful. The view was stunning. Had everything we needed. Easy check in and check out. Only thing that I seen that needs to be fixed is a runner going down stairs was loose and is hazardous walking down and smoke detector upstairs was in a drawer. Those are easy fixes. Would highly recommend this cabin and cabins usa.

The cabin was exactly what we needed for a restful retreat! The road was steep and windy but worth the drive for those Incredible Views. We started our mornings with coffee on upper deck while watching the sunrise. The cabin is close to downtown Pidgeon Forge, Gatlinburg, hiking trails, Cades Cove and Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trails. North Carolina's Clingmans Dome is also worth the drive.

We had an issue with an animal during the night in the ceiling of the second floor bathroom. but this was taken care of immediately once we called. The second floor shower doesn't get hot and the hot tub controls didn't work properly. The previous tenants tore a large hole in the back of the loveseat, which hadn't been repaired. None of these issues were huge inconveniences and we'd definitely stay again! The game room was great for evening entertainment. Our only recommendation would be to have a DVD player as the TV channels are limited. Also board games and cards would be an added bonus. If you're a guest- bring a hair dryer as there isn't one avaliable.

The cabin was beautiful and the view was absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the jetted tub and hot tub were great after hiking. The best part of the cabin for me was the top deck with the rocking chairs- woke up early to catch the sunrise with a cup of coffee and it was breathtaking. The cabin is very spacious and decorated nicely. It is a short drive into town but you really feel like you are in the middle of nowhere because it's so quiet and peaceful. My only criticism is that there were not extra paper towels and toilet paper (if there was I could not find it). There was also no cleaning spray or dish soap. Other than that 10/10 I would recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation.

First time staying in this cabin and we have stayed with cabins USA for over 5 years now. Lasting Impression as a wonderful view the drive up there is curvy so be aware. The cabin was wonderful other than the amount of ants and the master bedroom bedroom on the middle floor sinks in the middle but overall the cabin was wonderful would stay there again. Love this company and the staff.

The drive up to this cabin is very curvy, so if you're prone to motion sickness this is your warning. The driveway was easily accessible. The view from the cabin is amazing. It was cozy and spacious!

Our only complaints is that the overhead lighting was flickering which is concerning (wiring?) The hot tub was also a bit murky.

The views were great and the cabin was beautiful and spacious! The only complaint was the amount of litter around the cabin. This was especially noticeable during the winter since all the leaves had fallen from the trees. The grounds around the cabin need to be clean as this was in our view when relaxing on the porch. We rented a DVD on the last night, but the DVD player refused to open, not a big deal, but was a disappointment. Over all our stay was wonderful and would book again, just disappointed in the amount of litter around the cabin.

We had the pleasure of staying in Lasting Impression during the week of Thanksgiving. The view from the cabin is spectacular. We enjoyed watching the fireworks at Dollywood every night. The cabin is nice but in serious need of some updates. The mattresses need to be replaced along with the two couches in the living area. Although the view across the front of the cabin is beautiful, blinds would be nice to have during the day when the sun is so bright. There were a few times when we had to put our sunglasses on. There were no casserole dishes and this made cooking Thanksgiving dinner difficult as we were hosting dinner for several family members who were in the area at the same time as us. We ended up purchasing dishes to cook our meal. Also, there are rats, squirrels or something in the floorspace of the third floor. At night, about the time we were settling in for the night, they would start running back and forth in the space and making noises. This kept the people sleeping on the main level and the third floor awake. We know that we were in the mountains and should expect wildlife to be around us but being kept awake night after night by the noise is hard. We were worried that they would chew into wiring or something. This could be a very nice cabin with a few updates.

Overall we were extremely happy with the cabin and the location. The most outstanding attribute with this property was the stunning views! The cabin was packed with almost every conceivable amenity you would ever need. The express check-in and check-out was seamless. As with most vacations you want everything to be prefect, but that is nearly impossible. The only complaints we had were: the mattresses were horrible and sadly in need of replacement, and the hot tub controls did not work properly. The slight issues we had with the WiFi and some light bulbs were addressed immediately and taken care of promptly. All in all our experience was most enjoyable and we will recommend this cabin to our friends and most likely will return ourselves (as long as they replace the mattresses, LOL).

Need to finish setting up the rokus or reconnect the satellites.

View was great very close to town. Only issue was cable boxes were missing and DVD players did not work.

Loved the view and the weekend getaway. Only thing, there was no wifi and looked as the cable boxes were missing. Not that I was there for wifi and cable but would have been better.

The cabin is beautiful. The deck views are unbelievable. Watched Dollywood fireworks from decks. Had a raccoon and flying squirrel . Lots of room. 10 in our party and had a wonderful time. Would rent again.

The cabin worked out really well for my bachelorette trip. It's very close to pigeon forge and not too far away from Gatlinburg. We did have some issues on our stay. The oven was broken so we could only use the stovetop. There were a huge amount of millipedes in the basement (which I understand can only be controlled so much as we're in the wilderness) The cookware was mediocre and the toaster did not work very well. If this property would just put in a little bit of extra money to upgrade these items, it would be the perfect stay. Overall we all had a great time. The view in itself was worth it. Management also called after hearing about our maintenance issues and made it right, so no big complaints here.

The view was great, there alot of things needs to upgrade for the price you pay...for one the hot tub need to be clean and work on the jets dont work really...both juzzci need work...but other then that updating stuff it beautiful cabin...still had a good time

Loved the cabin, the views and how solid built / consistent temperature it was. All bedroom TVs were missing 1 of 2 remotes that was very annoying (esp when I saw others post the same complaint with no remedy thus far - cheap fix!). 5 of the 7 main floor windows were unlocked, and bedroom is not locking properly and needs attention. The cabin was clean, like floors/counters/bath, but needs a good updating (valences & blinds covered in dust, several light bulbs in the cabin & oven blown, rugs are very worn/dingy, one in kitchen is so old it won't stay in place and kept tripping us/only thing holding it in place is nail sticking up from floor, pots/pans need replaced and more of them - esp if 10 people stay there, pizza cutter fell apart first use, no oven mitt, cobwebs in windows, stairs pretty steep to upper bedroom-had to walk down sideways, etc). Great bath and bed linens. Loved the pillows! Hot tub seemed clean, but light didn't work & had a film where one would sit. Big complaint is we had issues with ice on our driveway, meaning we couldn't get out due to steepness, etc. Big issue: I called to ask for ice melt that we could put down; sent to maintenance voice mail, no one ever called or brought ice melt I did get a courtesy call while waiting for maint, and was told they might not have anymore but no one followed up (so we had to go buy some 10 miles away). Overall, other than those little things, we loved our cabin. Staff were very nice when I called during & after hours. Would definitely book again with cabins usa. Overall a good experience.

You won't believe the view!

The cabin and view are gorgeous! There were a few things needed to make the visit better though. Upon arrival, we found a pair of men's underpants beside the hot tub! The hot tub also needs a really good cleaning as the water gets very cloudy quickly. This, plus the underpants in plain view, made us wonder if the hot tub had been drained and refilled before our arrival. Each bathroom only had 1 roll of TP and the kitchen had only 1 roll of paper towels and no refills for any of that or extra trash bags. The bottom floor has a very prominent sewage smell that became stronger throughout our stay and was creeping upstairs by our 4th day. The foosball and pool table are in need of repair. There were no remote controls for the TVs in the upstairs bedroom, living area or game room area.
Other than those things, which did not ruin our trip at all, the cabin has a beautiful view and we got snow and to see a black bear!

This is the BEST cabin for the view! You can not beat the view, it is worth the money! The road to the cabin was something to get use to, it is curvy, but you are on a mountain so it is to be expected. The showers on the top and middle floors seemed small to us, but not terrible. A few cosmetic things could be fixed, but we were still able to enjoy the cabin. There was no information about the TVs or channels that are available like what we've had in other cabins. The locking and unlocking of the door was a bit complicated and confusing. The hot tub seemed to be having some issues, the kids enjoyed it, but the jets didn't work. We didn't tell maintenance about the hot tub because we were not using it enough to have them come all the way out to look at it. I will be renting this cabin again in the future and I will always recommend it! Oh and one last thing, we seen a BEAR one morning, he wondered through and didn't bother anything, we luckily didn't leave anything out for the bear to want. It was great to see him. Make sure while you're there to take all the food out of your vehicles and lock up the trash!

We had a wonderful 3 days and nights at this cabin. The cabin is beautiful and the views from all the decks are even better. It was great that each bedroom was on a different floor. We will definitely stay here again.

It was absolutely beautiful!

We came to the smokies bc we love it there! Its a great getaway to spend time out with family or stay secluded and relax. I loved being away from other cabins and this cabin has an amazing view! The only issues we had was the broken hot tub, thats one of my favorite parts bc I don't have one at home. The water in the hot tub was also very cloudy and had a film on the top I believe the water needs drained and replaced. We also found an empty can under the downstairs bed. Other than those 2 things I loved this cabin and would def book it again, if the hot tub is fixed or replaced! Thanks for a great time!

We have used Cabins USA several times and will continue using them. The cabin was beautiful! We just needed a little get away with our kids and this was the perfect cabin for that. The location was amazing. Still didn’t get to see a bear. Something I’ve watched for every visit. Lol. But love it down there.

I really enjoyed spending time away from town with my immediate family. The view was everything! This cabin is perfect for adults and older teens. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each day! There was a different view each morning. CabinsUSA made our check in and out so easy, we never had to see anyone. This made us extremely happy when human contact can be a challenge during this social distancing timeframe.

The cabin had breathtaking views and plenty of space. We only had 2 people in this cabin but remarked that we could bring our extended family next time. My only advice is, maybe have a notebook with how to operate the fireplace, local attractions, checking out guidance.
The 3 level patio was astonishing!

Incredible views and very comfortable. The only issues were the hot tub was not fixed until our last day and the fireplace broke. They tried it was a weird week with the national virus. Great location. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

The view is amazing but the cabin needs some attention. The hot tub didn’t work, the fridge didn’t cool enough and the furniture really needs to be replaced. A lot of trash on the grounds around the cabin.

This Cabin is so amazing ! The views are out of this world, I have nothing bad to say about the hole experience from booking to checking out. This is a must stay Cabin. Cant wait to book again !

The view was absolutely amazing. The beds need replaced. The master bedroom bed was so broken down it killed our backs. Other then the beds the cabin was great.

This property was absolutely beautiful but had a few areas that were dangerous with no railing and steep cliffs. I would definitely not recommend this property to people with small children. The beds were uncomfortable because mattresses were very worn and needed to be replaced. The floor was very creeky and moving around at night was disturbing to those below. Whoever cleaned the cabin did a horrible job leaving used bandaids and used bars of soap in the shower as well as dirty extra blankets in the closet. The company (Cabins USA) were professional and courteous and even called us to check on us during our stay ( went to voicemail so I didnt know that until later). Not sure we would remt this cabin again unless some of the issues above were addressed but we would definitely use the company again.

We all really loved the cabin. I liked the fact that the bedrooms were on different floors with their own bathrooms. The views from the decks were beautiful. My whole family really enjoyed our stay at your cabin. My six year old grandson really had a good time there. He wasn't ready to go home. When we travel that way again we would really love to stay there.

Great place and location , my family had a great time . My only gripe is the Couches on main floor are worn and need replaced , but overall great place .

We loved the cabin and it’s location. It was beautiful! The beds were more comfortable than we had thought they would be. The one issue we had was the hot tub. I tried calling maintenance on Friday right after we got there because the jets weren’t working and it wasn’t getting too warm. I Never got a call back so we didn’t get to use the hot tub all weekend. It would have been nice to at least get a call back.

Don’t normally write reviews. We loved the cabin. Views were amazing! I wouldn’t drive the road to get to it but my husband had no issue. Perfect for our family of 5. Grocery store on your way out of town that you can stock up on supplies for. No lawn or flat space for kids to run around in ( totally fine just noting it). Express check in great. There are lots of carpenter bees ( LOTS) that they warn you about but just know they are there with you. Would stay there again.

We loved this cabin. Breathtaking views, serene environment, excellent view of sunrise. My family had a peaceful vacation. Location was the key. Surrounded by trees and all the 3 floors had an excellent view of the mountain. All required amenities were there. Everything inside the cabin was clean. Overall we had a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this property if you enjoy the serenity and want a calm and quiet place with a beautiful view of the mountains. I saw the moon rise and sun rise from this property. Would love to come back to this property again.

Only thing I would recommend for the property of Lasting Impression is it could use a staircase railing going upstairs. The railing that is there is beautiful, but very large for smaller hands.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin! The thing that would bring us back would definitely be the AMAZING views!! We enjoyed a hot cup of coffee every morning on the outdoor swing. It was breathtaking! If I had to make some suggestions, I would request that cabin have more coffee mugs, and another chair or loveseat for the living area. Other than that, the comfort level was great and all the beds were very comfortable. We did see a baby *mouse* while we were there and informed the company that they may need an exterminator to come out. The only other issue was that there were quite a few dead ladybugs downstairs, and could have used a more thorough vacuuming. These things would not keep us from visiting this cabin again in the future, but I hope the recommendations would help make this cabin a 10/10!

We have stayed in other cabins. In Tennessee and other states. This was definitely the easiest and best cabin we have stayed in. The pictures on the internet were exactly what the cabin looks like. We have had incidents where that wasn’t the case with the picture on the internet for some cabins with other companies

The view was unbelievable. The sunrise was awesome. Once we drove up the mountain we didn't see or hear a person. Relaxing to say the least.

This cabin has the most incredible view of Pigeon Forge and surrounding mountains!! My husband and I had the most relaxing time on this trip!! I can't wait to book it again and take my kids this time.

Lasting impressions was great, the view was so amazing! Check in was great and the cabin was great. Our only issue was house keeping, I wont go in to great details but we spent the first day cleaning. Toilets were not clean, floor had not been swept, windows looked like a kid played hand tag on them.But the cabin and guest services with Cabins USA were top notch. The view here is so great however. I would definitely recommend..I left a broom for the next guess lol.

Beautiful cabin! We got married on the balcony of this cabin. Scenery made the PERFECT backdrop for photos.

We had an Awesome time at Lasting Impressions! The cabin was spacious and the Views were Awesome!! Everything was Perfect, from booking to checking out. Never had to contact anyone about any issues with the Cabin. Everything was so easy! And Family time was Awesome! The trip up the mountain was a little scary for me, but adventurous! Once you get down the mountain, you are right there in the main attractions. We had an Awesome time, and will be back soon!! Thank you Cabins USA for an Awesome Family experience!

The cabin was nice and the view was great! I rated the cleanliness of the cabin lower because I questioned it. In the basement bedroom there was a wrapper from a cigar on the floor. Also there were dead lady bugs everywhere! So, I question if the floors were even vaccumed. The cabin is older and probably rented out a lot so it could use some improvements. The sofa downstairs was very worn. The pull out bed was so uncomfortable that even if you just pushed on the mattress you could feel the springs. Now the sofa on the main floor slept very well. The cabin advertises a telescope - there was not one there. And the air hockey table did not work. The hot tub jets did not work properly and I had seen this comment on posts from a year ago. We stayed a full week and lost full water access a total of three times. We did call and they sent someone out to look at it, but the last morning we were there we lost water again. The mattress in the bedroom in the basement was very worn and should be replaced. As well as all the covers on all three beds - very worn. Like I said the cabin was very nice and had an awesome view. Could use some updating of the amenities.

Beautiful view! It’s a great cabin. It could use a little repair work. The spindles on the deck could be looked at. When we arrived the door knobs for all 3 decks were loose (we fixed them) and lovebugs everywhere, there were lovebugs inside the house by all 3 doors.

Lasting Impression absolutely leaves a lasting impression on anyone who visits! It is secluded with phenomenal views. Great setup, lots of space, and wonderful decks to enjoy the TN landscape.

Only negatives would be the driveway (hairpin), the temperamental oven/stove, and the ladybugs who have taken up residence. We will definitely come back and stay!

Amazing view and felt very private. The only complaint would be the garbage that is surrounding the cabins property. I don't believe this is the companies fault, it is from previous renters and in extremely difficult places to remove. Aside from that it was unbelievable with great views, large rooms, activities, and overall clean. We will definitely stay here again!

This is our new favorite cabin! The few is absolutely stunning!

I would be a little concerned if the weather turned bad as the road is narrow, winding, and steep. The driveway is also difficult to navigate, especially with a large vehicle.

Everything with the cabin was great with the exception of a few lady bugs and other insects in the upstairs bathroom. Otherwise very nice! We plan to stay here again!

Not very often do you rent a place from pictures and get to it, and it looks exactly like the pictures. The cabin was beautiful along with the views. The hot tub was disappointing, not all the jets worked and it was dirty. The lower deck with the hot tub on it, is in need of repair. We didn't spend much time down there. We had an infestation of lady bugs, we went out in the morning came back in the afternoon and there were thousands of them in the house. Maintenance came quickly, apologized and cleaned them up. The maintenance guy was very nice and worked quickly to resolve the issue. We extended our stay an extra day, our security code was not extended so we got locked out of the cabin, customer service rep generated a new code that didn't work, so they called a maintenance guy out again. This guy was just as friendly and resolved the problem quickly. All in all it was not a bad experience at all. Beautiful cabin. Beautiful views. Polite customer service. What more can you really ask for? We will definitely be back.

Property was beautiful. The downstairs mini fridge didn't work. There were a few remotes that didn't work/were missing batteries. Upon arrival we found a few pieces of trash under kitchen table and in basement which made us question the cleanliness. Overall we liked this property and would more than likely return to it next year.

I cannot imagine a better view for a mountain stay! The cabin was awesome! Loved the hot tub! It was perfect as far as chemicals & temperature. Would love to stay here again. Cabin is a little worn as far as upkeep. Maintenance had to come for A/C & heat didn't work. Needs some strain rubbed over a LOT of deep scratches to greatly improve the look. Downstairs bedspread looks terrible. Rough feeling linens. Normally where I stay they're at least normal soft. Could DEFINITELY use better dusting rt dust & cobwebs were everywhere. Couldn't use skillets for cooking bc food stuck so bad. Bought our own & brought it home. Needs yard work & a lot of trash picked up outside. I know people mess up a lot & I'm sorry for that. We tried to be sure it was even better when we left than when we arrived. Really enjoyed the visit from the raccoon on the bottom floor porch. He looked in the windows & really wanted in. Someone had probably been feeding him there. We know that's a big no no so we just enjoyed watching him go back & forth from windows to door to chair. Can't wait to for next year to stay here again!!!

Absolutely beautiful views... love love love this cabin! Me and my family had a wonderful vacation and didn't want to leave the cabin! The stairs to the upper level are a little steep but that was no problem! Only reason I didn't give this all 10's was because the mini fridge downstairs did not work.. the games for the game console had been stolen with just empty cases there, the pool balls had several dents in them, and the air hockey table didn't work either! However we still had a wonderful time and the views are the best I've ever had at our many stays in the smokies!

Cabins USA is a great company my family was highly satisfied with our cabin and customer service was awesome.I will highly recommend cabins USA check in and check out was easy and painless and girls at the desk were friendly and very helpful. I will stay in another cabins USA cabin again. Thank you cabins USA for making our vacation relaxing and enjoyable.....we loved lasting impressions cabin!

I am going to be completely honest with this review in hopes that the future guests in this cabin know what to expect when arriving. We will start with the positives. The view is absolutely amazing, you can see for miles being so far up on the mountain side. The cabin itself if very nice and cozy and very open. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible, and it is very private, you can't see any cabins near at all. The beds are very comfortable, the couches are a little warn but comfortable. The kitchen is fairly nice, only downside is not many pots and pans to cook with. Now the negatives. Lets start with the main level and lower level decks. Those two decks are completely unsafe. We noticed that there were a few spindles loose, no big deal, until we walked around the decks and noticed how many were loose and breaking loose without any force applied to them. That is really scary being up on a cliff side with a fall down around 40-50 feet. It wouldn't be to bad if only adults were on the trip, but we had 2 two year old girls and with them running around the deck that worried us all. The hot tub, which is on the lower deck, is not working at all. Appears there was a leak for some time and the deck is separating from the house due to the weight and water damage. Also multiple deck boards need to be replaced due to the fact that when you walk on them they cracked in half. We called cabins USA to send a maintenance guy over to inspect our findings. When he arrived we walked around the cabin and he noticed more dangerous techniques applied to the deck to keep it together. The worse one was a tie down ratchet strap going around a tree to a deck footing to keep it from moving. Also a few of the deck footings were put together with 2x4 pieces to keep it from moving. The way the deck is built is horrible. The owner needs to shut the cabin down and rebuild the decks properly before somebody gets hurt. (Just my opinion and also an opinion from a friend who came with us on this trip who builds houses for a living). Upon finishing his inspection he called into Cabins USA to tell them what he discovered. We were fortunate that there was another cabin available for us a few days later and Cabins USA really went above and beyond to help us resolve this nightmare of an issue we had. We all really appreciate everything Cabins USA did. I really hope this review helps out with whoever books this cabin in the future and whoever has already booked this cabin already.

Nice cabin great location pretty views only problems we had hot tub was broken when i talked to service they said it was on schedule to be replaced 3 weeks before we rented it but there was no notice of any kind on there web site that said that ,they knew it that and rented it anyway thats being dishonest to me what else is lurking and also top floor bath sink doesnt drain well

We have rented from Cabins USA for several years, and it is always a good experience!! The staff are all very friendly which makes the checking in process very easy. This cabin by far had the best view we have ever had!! The driveway is a little tricky but very manageable. The only problem that we had was with the hot tub. It had a considerable continuous leak, but a few hours after placing the call someone was there to check things out. Unfortunately they had to call in a hot tub company, but he was unable to fix the leak because parts had to be ordered. He recommended that we not use it because it had been leaking for awhile and the deck itself seemed compromised. So we were unable to use the hot tub. Other than that one issue things were great!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Lasting Impressions Cabins USA. The view was incredible and the cabin was very nice. We loved the privacy of the three balconies.
Our family had no problem with the drive to or from the cabin into Pigeon Forge, which was a short drive, and we were conveniently located to some of the country stores and gas stations.
I recommend Cabins USA to anyone looking for a good company to rent from.

This cabin was outstanding, views were fabulous , we could see the fireworks from Dollywood every night. We had air conditioner troubles, but cabins USA sent someone to fix it , he was very nice . I can't wait to come back again. Thank you Cabins USA .

We had a great time and everything was just as we expected. Express Check in and out was awesome.. Only issue was the alarm was not working or phone line,

When we were looking for a cabin in the mountains, we wanted one with a view. This one provides some of the prettiest views we've ever seen. Each day you will see a different mountainscape, depending on the clouds. Unending photo opportunities right from your balcony. There are 3 levels, all with their own balconies. The 3rd floor King suite has the best views and the first to see the sun rise each morning. If you're an early riser, this will be your room. There are 3 king suites, each with a private bath and a ceiling fan. The directions to the cabin are easy to follow. There's an Amish general store just before you go up the mountain or a Krogers as you turn onto Hwy 321 for any groceries you need. You can buy beer after 12pn on Sunday, but not wine. Keep that in mind if you need to restock. The cabin is fully furnished with a complete kitchen. The coffee maker is a standard pot, not a Keurig. You will need filters along with your coffee/creamer. The road leading up the mountain is long, narrow and winding. The driveway includes a sharp bend so pull in then back your vehicle to the cabin. This will make maneuvering back up the driveway easier. The beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed the game room every evening. Lasting Impression is quiet and secluded but close to everything. This Cabin was absolutely amazing! We choose this cabin for the view it offered and we were definitely not disappointed. The cabin itself was so open and homey. My son was super excited about the game room, we could barely get him out of it. The driveway was a little scary but we got the hang of it after a few times. I would say our only complaints would be the showers are a little small ( we all took turns with the bottom floor as it has a regular tub) and the trash that littered the ground below the decks. Btw we never did locate the telescope. All in all we loved this cabin and would definitely rent again if we come back. Thank you cabinsusa for a wonderful vacation.

This cabin and the view are amazing. We have stayed with Cabins USA at least once (sometimes twice) a year for the last several years. This was by far the nicest cabin we have stayed in. It is a little bit of a drive up the mountain, but it is worth it. We enjoyed the games and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were all big. TVs were easy to work. I highly recommend this cabin if you are looking to relax and enjoy a beautiful view. We used express check in and it was great.

We truly enjoyed this cabin , it was very clean. The only issues we had was the beds wasn't comfortable. Need to update the mattress. The view was gorgeous and most definitely will visit the "Lasting Impression " again.

This cabin is so beautiful! My family loved it! A bedroom and bathroom on each level was great! The view is amazing because you are almost to the top of the mountain! The drive up is pretty high and I don't have 4 wheel drive but my vehicle did just fine! Then you have a dip down the drive and then turn back to the cabin. That kinda scared me but if u drive down then reverse to the cabin it's alot easier! Super comfortable beds and couches!! Nice big bathrooms! My only complaints for the owners is the kitchen sink drips constantly, the wet bar sink is clogged and the bottom shelf is missing from the fridge so we thought we were putting food on a shelf it fell thru to the drawers. Plenty of towels and blankets! Prob 20 min drive into town. Stairs to the loft bedroom are pretty steep almost like climbing a ladder so something to keep in mind when planning who gets which room!

This is my 5th or 6th time staying with cabin USA and is has always been a great experience. So far I have not have the need to explore other companies. I always go straight to booking with cabin usa. Thanks for an awesome stay. Look forward to staying with you again.

Awesome view and very impressive cabin.

The only reason everything didn't get 10s were for the following:

- On the website it states the hot tub is drained after each use for sanitary purposes. We found clumps of black hair during our first dip.
- The latch to secure our hot tub cover was broken. There was a storm with 50 mph wind gusts. It blew our cover into the woods. Maintenance came out and fixed the latch. They wrote on the maintenance form "secure the hot tub prior to leaving." Well, we would have if the latching system was working when we got there.
- The air hockey table was not working.


Everything else was beautiful and my family loved the cabin. We will definitely be repeat customers, but wish those few items were addressed prior to our arrival. The views were breathtaking! It is truly a gorgeous cabin! Also, when I called cabinsusa, I spoke to Eric twice. He had A+ customer service voice and attitude.

The sink in the kitchen constantly drips, the sink on the very top floor is clogged and doesn't drain, there were dead bugs everywhere. The cabin is beautiful but the cleaning company didn't do a very good job. It needs some up keep. The railing on the bottom floor porch has broken pieces and missing pieces that make it very dangerous for children.

Awesome cabin! View was beautiful! Great secluded location on top of mountain.

This property is gorgeous. We wanted the best view possible and we got it. Only 2 of us stayed here and even though the cabin is large it still felt very cozy and like home. We even tried extending our stay we enjoyed it so much. We met the owner who built the cabin himself- and we could not have been more impressed with him or his work. There are cute details everywhere in the wood. The drive up is very manageable and there is plenty of parking. We were far enough away to feel secluded and enjoy privacy but close enough to all the attractions that it didn't feel like a chore going out. We cannot wait to return- This place is truly special!!

Absolutely beautiful cabin and location...so relaxing and peaceful...just only had a few dislikes such as tv in game room does not work..the air hockey game does not work and the balls for the pool table had chunks and dented in places in them and controls on hot tub were loose and broken. We did see wildlife such as skunks and raccoons but really loved getting to see a large bear walking around at 3 in the morning was scary and exciting at the same time. We enjoyed our stay and will use Cabins USA again....Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

The view is absolutely gorgeous - the best we've seen!! This was our second time back to this cabin -we do love it, but not trailer friendly. We wanted to bring our bikes this time but decided to store the trailer at a storage facility due to the driveway location. The cabin design is great and the upstairs layout is awesome! Cabins USA is great to deal with!

Good size cabin with plenty of room to spread out.. living room furniture and carpeting is kinda worn out. There was pickets missing from the railings on both porches and since we had small children in our family we couldnt let them on the porch without being right there with them. But overall i would recommend this cabin which was nice and private.

The view was amazing in this cabin. One of the best views we have ever had. The cabin does need some updating though. A few lights did not work the beds were very uncomfortable and the porch has some broken boards.

We had a great stay in the Lasting Impressions Cabin. The cabin was very clean and had amazing views. We have stayed in other cabins in the Wears Valley region over the last 4 years and by far this was one of the best. We only had 2 negatives with our stay. One was a sink drain that was clogged when we arrived, which Cabins USA addressed and fixed immediately (thank you). The second was that all 3 beds are in dire need of matress replacement! Everyone spent the week with restless sleep, stiff and sore backs and necks. If the beds are replaced we would gladly make this cabin a regular vacation spot for our family!

The cabin view was absolutely stunning!!!! It took our breathe away. The cabin was relaxing and comfortable for everyone. I thought the bed would be hard and uncomfortable, but It was one of the best nights sleep we've had in awhile. The staff was very friendly upon check in. The only complaint that I had is there was not enough towels in the cabin and to be told to come to the front desk to exchange the dirty towels for the new towels was a HUGE disappointment especially based on the distance from the front desk. Please provide enough towels to accomodate when you know that a large party is staying in the cabin. The furtuniure was a little worn and could be updated. But overall, we were VERY pleased. I will visit again.

The view was definitely amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very well supplied with towels, etc but we were really disappointed with the uncomfortable beds and furniture. The mattresses are very thin and worn out. They were very uncomfortable and when you got into the bed you rolled to the center. The sofa and love seat are also worn out and uncomfortable. It was hard to relax with no comfortable furniture. The a/c also struggled to keep the place cool. A split unit would cool the multiple levels better. All the glass windows made it get really hot during the day. The view could be improved by topping the tree by the swing since its blocking the view. We'd love to stay again but hope the furniture and mattresses will be updated. The game room tv you could not see what was on the screen. The air hockey table didn't work. And the sound on the main tv was messed up and when watching a DVD , you could barely hear what was being said. For the price we paid , we expected the furniture and beds to be more comfortable.

The view was amazing! We spent alot of time just taking it in on the porch. The cabin was comfortable and clean when we arrived. The location was convenient to Dollywood and the Great Smokies. It is private, peaceful and secluded. Our familiy had a great time there.

Although the cabin advertises "room for up to 10 guests," there were not enought towels and blankets for our group of seven. The staff told us to look in the closets and they came out and showed us that the two blankets were in the lower level dresser drawers. The beds have a sheet and a bedspread, but no blankets. The carpets in the lower level could really use a cleaning. Like others have noted the bees were having a field day eating the deck. There were saw dust piles from the bees on the decks.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and the view. We would definitely stay there again!

The cabin is amazing. The wood bees eating the decks may become a problemember and other than the dead bugs all over the floor, that we cleaned up ourselves, this cabin and the view is amazing.

Lasting Impressions was a nice cabin in a great location, we loved the fact that it was secluded. The road up to the cabin was a little scary though because it wasn't wide enough for other vehicles to pass easily. The cabin itself was very nice, it was a great value. The only minor complaints we had was the fact that the maintenance of the cabin ammenties weren't up to our expectations. The center heating element on the toaster didn't work and when we called about it we were told they'd bring us another one, we never received it. The bees were also a problem, they were building nests in the wood of the cabin and made it difficult for us to enjoy the outdoors, we were also told they'd be out to spray, but again no one came. Also, the jets only worked on one side of the hot tub as well. Other than that though, we had a nice stay and we would recommend it.

My family enjoyed Lasting Impressions! This is a very nice cabin. We will be back and will choose this cabin again. We have rented alot of cabins in Tennessee but this one was the best yet! The kitchen was well equipped (when others has not been). The bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, game room was awesome! It has a beautiful view to wake up to every morning and when the sun goes down it is beautiful. You can see the town of Pigeon Forge looking from either porch!

We (Three adult couples) arrived at the cabin after handling a few curves and hills, this was nothing compared to Bear Tooth Pass in Montana, the first impressions was the scenic views of the mountains and valley. After the six of us unpacked and checked out the lay out of the cabin. The cabin itself is really nice and had ample room for us. The sofa and love seat looked comfortable at first but when you sat down, it felt like you were going to fall to the floor. On the lower deck where the hot tub was we discovered some damage to a rocking chair and that the disconnect box cover was off exposing the breaker and wiring. We took the hot tub cover off to check it out and saw that the control panel for the tub settings fell or dropped inside the hot tub wall. We had assume that this had been reported by the previous guest who had stayed there before our arrival. This was reported to the rental office. So the use of the hot tub was avoided due to safety reasons. Back upstairs to the main level we decided to sit and relax on the deck with the patio table and chairs. Once we stepped out we saw SEVERAL carpenter bees swarming and chewing the decking from the entrance to the cabin all around by the dining room door. Upstairs, the deck was also taken over by the bees as well and the same for the lower deck. So much for being able to sit and relax and take in the beautiful views outside. The only time we could sit safely on the deck was towards sunset to when it was dark. About the bedding, the mattresses were awful!! They were thin and the springs felt like they were going to break through the material. Each time you turn over it sounded like you were closing a creaky casket. There were no spare sheets or pillow cases in the upper and lower BR'S as well as extra blankets. The drains in the upper bathroom sink smelled like dead lady bugs. We survived our stay there by planning different events for each day in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. They are both beautiful towns with a lot to see and do. We also went to Clingmans Dome to see awesome views of the area. For the food in the area depending on what you like can be pricey. The buffets are the best deal. Bennett's Smokehouse has excellent food as well. The week went fast as always on any vacation. If we come back, we will check out other cabins in the area to stay at. The staff at the office were courteous and friendly.

I stay in Pigeon Forge at least a couple of times a year, and have done so for the last 10 years. This cabin has been my favorite so far, and it will be the one that I continue booking here on out. The drive to it was pretty, the road wasn't bad...although the driveway is a little hard to get into for us with lowered vehicles, but that's not something most would need to worry about. The view is breathtaking, and you aren't close to other cabins which is a plus in my book. Can't wait to book my stay here for September!!

The views from this cabin are breathtaking! We enjoyed getting up early each morning to watch the sun rise which you could see perfectly from the upper deck. The views were well worth the long ride up the mountain to the cabin. We didn't mind the ride as there is plenty of beautiful scenery to look at on the way. However, if you need to run out to buy something, it's a little inconvenient as it takes about 20 minutes to get to any stores. We were a little disappointed that there weren't any staple items in the cabin such as coffee filters or salt/pepper. As much as my family enjoyed staying here, I'm not sure that we would choose this cabin again simply because of the beds. They are very uncomfortable and the bedding is old and dingy. Just one old, thin sheet on our bed with a very thin quilt. For a "luxury" cabin, I would expect higher quality bed linens and mattresses. That is truly my only complaint though. This cabin is beautiful and the views are magnificent!

The view from this cabin was wonderful. The cleanliness was not good. There was bugs and dust all over cabin dead and alive. There was dog food and trash all over loft area. The tables including dining table were wiped down with dirty rags laid arms on dining room table and they got dirty and sticky. Stove top was not cleaned. The staff for booking was wonderful and maintenance crew that came and fixed fire place were just as great. For the price I paid for this cabin I would have expected it to be clean. I have booked through USA before but this last time makes us kind of wonder because of the cleanliness of the beautiful cabin. Hillside all around the cabin was full of trash which didn't do anything for the view of the mountains.

Everything was wonderful except we had to buy staple items like salt and pepper, hair dryer , oven mitt and the coffee pot was not working properly and would only provide 8 cups in a 12 cup pot... With 8 people we had to make multiple pots... Only 2 garbage cans for a cabin that sleeps 10 didn't provide enough storage for trash.. Lots of trash on the property ..not sure if it was from critters or people but definitely should be cleaned up when guests pay this amount for a cabin and have to see that... Hair was stuck on shower wall before we used it so we had to clean it first.. Rugs could use a good cleaning..3rd floor has no rod in closet to hang up clothes.. 1st floor sofa bed had old sheet and t-shirt stuck in it..other than these things, we absolutely enjoyed the cabin with the beautiful views! We would and have recommended it to our friends! Thank you cabin USA ! Hopefully resolving these issues will provide an even more enjoyable experience to the next visitor!

Amazing cabin! Definitely want to come stay again in this cabin! Views were awesome! Quiet and off to its self! Not to mention the walkway across the livingroom to the porch was really cool!!
